Je Gids geeft een gepassioneerd allround inzicht in hoe het spel zich ontwikkelde door de unieke geschiedenis van St Andrews terwijl je de universiteit en kathedraal met graven van de familie Tom Morris en Allan Roberston verkent. Daarna naar het Paleis en een lommerrijke wandeling naar de Old Course om de Open en Old Course geschiedenis te leren kennen, eindigend met een fotoshoot op de Swilkan Bridge.

It’s a wonderful walking tour! You will fall in love with St. Andrew’s! We loved all the golfing history we learned as well as history of the city. Mike, our guide was the best!!
Understanding the historical events that brought to what St Andrews today, the establishment of one of the oldest universities in UK, the transition from being a Catholic nation to Lutherian protestants and of course the invention of the golf game.
Chris was a fantastic guide! I am not sure what we expected but right from the beginning he made us feel like this was going to be something special. His knowledge of St Andrews (and not just the golf course) was amazing. He was very engaging, funny and just a genuine person. We walked around town hearing the history (fascinating) and then down to the course for the history on the course and the iconic photo on the bridge. Thank you for a wonderful day! Renee and Dave
Graham was brilliant! Tour was very informative and offered plenty of history of St Andrews and even more of the history of golf.
Fantastic! Mike was phenomenal!! Wonderfully thorough history of both the town of St. Andrew’s and the Old Course. Made sure we got plenty of pictures especially at the iconic bridge on 18.
1/2 about town and 1/2 about golf course. Need to know that using parking meters near meeting site will only allow for 2 hours of parking. You need more time than that
Fantastic tour. The area has such an interesting history, but Mike as our tour guide brought it life. Can not recommend this tour enough! Standing on the bridge at the Old Course was a dream come true!
Tour was great. Combination of religious and golf history perfect blending. Presenter had interesting stories of both past and present.
This tour was everything we expected and more. Our host was amazing and his historical knowledge was next level. He had a wealth of information and was able to answer every question. He is a great ambassador for the town and the tour. Unfortunately he was not wearing a name tag and we can’t remember his name.
Wonderful tour, great historian and speaker. Truly appreciated his knowledge of the game, history and future expansion of the area. This was a very enjoyable tour not only for golf enthusiasts, he covers the St. Andrews history in great detail.
