Onze Yoga is voor alle lichamen en is ideaal voor diegenen die terug willen naar een meer actieve levensstijl of hun algemeen welzijn willen vergroten. During our stay at Ekho Hotel in Ella, Indika from the Ella Yoga Hub hosted morning yoga sessions in a beautiful garden space overlooking beautiful Mountain Views of Ella. Although the location was already in itself calming, the instructor’s energy made you feel a different, in-depth, soulful level of calm. Indika is by far the most positive, heartwarming, and talented Yoga instructor I have ever met. He isn’t there just to teach a lesson, but to really get to know you, ensures you understand the benefits of yoga and what you are about to do, and creates a very personal connection full of trust and positive energy before the lesson even starts. During the lesson, he guides you carefully through every step, prioritizes your wellbeing and comfort, and pushes you very safely to really strengthen your muscle-mind connection and achieve the desired poses. He is also incredible at always bringing your attention to the present moment, allowing you to feel and enjoy with both your body and mind every second of the lesson. It’s obvious he teaches with his whole heart, with so much compassion, kindness, and possesses a state of zen and inner spiritual happiness that is truly so inspiring. He also organizes yoga retreats with Ella Yoga Hub, which I most definitely will re-visit Sri Lanka specifically for, since his classes create the type of energy and inner transformation in you that you cannot stay away from for too long.

Perfect yoga class to start the day, it is adapted to all levels do not have to worry about that and the teacher is charming, helps you at all times. In addition the area where it is made has spectacular views.

Accompanied by my husband and I for 3 weeks in Sri Lanka by our guide , Lankaland Travels, they take us to magical places like this one surprising beauty, run outside, in a splendid garden. I highly recommend this fantastic course for 15 euros/hour
