Great, 10 out of 10 with the VIP tour, better than expected, the attention and service were excellent, we went to Capri Island.
I was in Cartagena for the first time, with my friend and we found Vip Tour through Google, and for her excellent rating, we went to the agency. We were very well served and we were indicated two islands (Sabaí and Rosario de Mar) for their tranquility and excellence in the customer experience. We love it from beginning to end!! No contact that the agency was extremely attentive from the time of purchase until the end of the tours. Super recommend!!!
I absolutely CANNOT give this business enough stars! My group of 13 & I visted cartagena in early May 2026. I reached out for a boat tour but received so much more! The communication was prompt & very efficient. Will the owner not only set us up with the best boat company, best transportation, best recommendations, & local vendors! He was patient kind & even provided my friend with a birthday cake. He made our trip to cartagena one to remember & I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company for any services they offer. And if they don't please still inquire they are the absolute best& will definitely get the job done! I left an item at the hotel & he was so gracious to retrieve it& ship it to me. The attention of the VIP team was fantastic, they always attended our requirements, they were attentive to answer us, the girl who attended us was a charm in Sabai, everything was very organized and clean, the premises that offered the products were sensible no harassment as in other beaches of Cartagena, a 10/10 experience, the food options were extensive, we ordered a bucket of beers costñitas that is the local beer and two light eagles and the price was correct, we will be happy to return.
We hired the Internet Service and the experience was always very close and friendly with the questions we had even though everything was by WhatsApp, the payment was secure. Already in Cartagena everything worked as the services were offered. Fully recommended your services.

Place extremely hard to find where to meet. Picture shows and list one name. The name is not even it. Started late due to iron man marathon which we understood. Non impressive places stop for beach. Main event party island we did not go to it due to it being closed. If all this told before hand honestly all 9 of us would have cancelled.

It's an event that changes the entire dynamic in Cartagena. I'm so sorry I wasn't informed about the closure of the party island that day.
