We bezoeken Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Thailand's meest iconische drijvende markt en nemen een long tail boot langs het kanaal. Deze drijvende markt verwelkomt altijd veel toeristen over de hele wereld met een levendige en bruisende sfeer! Daarna nemen we je mee naar de Maeklong Railway Market (Overkoepelende Markt) waar je versteld zult staan hoe deze versmarkt werkt als de treinen er doorheen rijden. Ja! Het is een echte full size commerciële trein die door de versmarkt RIJDT. Daarna bezoeken we de Wat Bang Kung Tempel (De tempel die door de Banyan boom wordt gewikkeld) de ongeziene Tempel in Thailand!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to any tourists in the future. The tour company needs to scout appropriate guides and not just any freelancer who is trying to make a quick buck out of this. Additionally the guide didn’t even communicate at all with me and the tour company was impatient to get the money instead of truly understanding my side of the story and without due diligence on the guides they hire for this. Our guides Sakchias feedback: 1. He didn’t seem to have a lot of information about the places we visited 2. Too talkative and kept talking about his health and with our grab driver non stop to the point that my mom actually got a headache listening to him. 3. He gave us conflicting information about the logistics of getting from one place to another. 4. Also he admitted that he didn’t respond to my messages since we works on the farm from Mon to Friday and does this guide work as a freelancer.

Ben was an excellent guide and host for our trip. His knowledge and insights were fantastic and his approach is very sincere and always ensuring customer satisfaction. Damnoen Saduak floating market is clearly a pure tourist attraction. If I could go back, I would rather go to the smaller floating market in Bangkok. Souvenirs, food and drinks are at least x1.5 the regular price. Prices are regulated: 2000 bath for 1 hr motor boat; 1000 bath for 1 hr rowing boat. We spent 1.5 hr going around the canals and we enjoyed it but don't expect to find a place where locals go to do groceries!

I have never experienced a place that steals your money like this, we paid 4x2000 B, for a trip that on all signs cost 3000 B, even though we asked him we bought the ticket for.... the trip was boring and all the shops were the same… Never do it again
