The delays, extended travel time, and lack of clear coordination you described are not reflective of the seamless experience we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to travel such a distance to the meeting point, experience additional waiting time, and then spend a significant portion of the day in transit. Your point about meeting directly at the launch site—especially since you had your own vehicle—is very valid, and this is something we will review with our team to improve future operations and communication.
