Our driver was excellent. Our spice farm tour was fantastic and the guide was excellent. A must-do!! The Stone Town tour was less than excellent. The guide started telling us about things then lost interest. Walked us thousands of steps on very uneven surfaces with very little communication, often stopping to talk to friends and sometimes walking far ahead when I had stopped to take a picture. We didn’t know where we were going next and how long we would be gone. I still don’t know how old Stone Town is.
Thanks for such comprehensive review we looking we learn from it and looking forward to offer best services. Warm regards
We had the most incredible two days with Munta. He is the kindest, most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and generous person - he led our two families with four teens on an engaging walking tour of stone town, entertaining spice tour, and an incredible prison island adventure. He was extra in all things - bringing good cheer, surprise adventures, and helping our kids connect with locals. I could not recommend him more highly for his generosity of knowledge and spirit. He made our trip! The activities and logistics were seamless.
Beautiful discovery of the different spices in their natural environment. Interesting comments . Be careful the meal is a bit of a scam. You are presented with a typical meal with chicken fish etc. in fact you have a plate of rice with tiny piece of fish and tiny piece of chicken Dessert is picked from the tree in front of you a lychee and all for 25 €

Well organized team i highly recommend tbis company, we enjoyed spice farm and stone town the guide was fantastic great and knowledgeable about Zanzibar, thanks for the unforgettable experience.
We were picked up from our hotel at 9am on the dot as arranged and driven out of Stone Town to one of the many spice farms that are hidden in the nearby jungle. Our guide spoke excellent English, and he introduced us to "James Bond", a young farm labourer who climbed trees, collected seeds, fruit and leaves to show us ("Tarzan" would have been a better name!). As we walked, he also wove the most exquisite basket, headdresses and bracelets out of banana leaves. We learned so much about where our spices come from and how they are cultivated. After returning from the spice farm, we were shown the historical sights of old Stone Town, with an explanation of the different cultural influences - from Portugal, Oman and Great Britain. In particular, we learned how to distinguish between Mughal and Arabic architecture as evidenced by styles of doorways and balconies. Would highly recommend!
I had an amazing time and Kemal destination tours gave me a guider who is charming and a person who made my trip fun. I had a car for my own!!. And the fruits were very delicious, and the driver was very polite .
I booked the tour very last minute but Kamal replied quick and adapted all my needs well-organised. Also I had some changes in my booking but he handled it smooth so my trip in Zanzibar was pleasant. Spice tour was super fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
