Stap aan boord van onze intieme speedboot voor kleine groepen en ga op een persoonlijk avontuur met de Sazan Island & Karaburun Speedboottocht. Geniet van een ontspannen en comfortabele rit terwijl we door de prachtige kustlijn van Vlora navigeren, met tal van stops onderweg om te snorkelen, zwemmen en afgelegen baaien en ongerepte kusten te verkennen. Dit is niet zomaar een tour - het is een close-up ontmoeting met de natuurlijke schoonheid en verborgen schatten van de regio. Duik in het kristalheldere water van de legendarische Haxhi Ali-grot en ontdek geheime plekjes langs het ongerepte Karaburun National Marine Park. Wandel door de rijke geschiedenis en rauwe schoonheid van Sazan Island, ver weg van de drukte. Met minder mensen aan boord voelt elk moment persoonlijker en meeslepender. We springen aan boord en de eerste stop van de reis is Sazan Island. De reis naar het eiland duurt ongeveer 40/50 minuten. We blijven ongeveer een uur op het eiland, de gids neemt je mee naar de oude bewoonde stad van Sazan Island, vertelt de geschiedenis en interessante anekdotes, terug van de tour kun je de rest van de tijd doorbrengen op het kristalheldere waterstrand van op het eiland worden drankjes geserveerd om af te koelen van de hitte.
We gaan weer aan boord en gaan naar de Haxhi Ali-grot, de reis van Sazan Island naar de grot duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. We gaan de grot in waar we verblijven om te snorkelen en de grot te verkennen, snorkelspullen zijn gratis op te vragen bij de gids.
Na onze verkenning van de zeegrot gaat de reis verder met een intieme cruise langs de prachtige Karaburun kustlijn. Reizen in een kleine groep geeft ons de vrijheid om vaker te stoppen – perfect om te snorkelen in afgelegen baaien en de natuurlijke schoonheid van de ongerepte kusten van het schiereiland te ontdekken. Een van onze hoogtepunten is een stop bij een charmant strand dat landinwaarts ligt op het schiereiland Karaburun. Dit rustige, uitgeruste strand beschikt over een gezellige lokale taverne waar u kunt genieten van een traditionele lunch en verfrissende drankjes. Na een ontspannen pauze, of het nu in de zon is of van uw maaltijd geniet, varen we weer uit. Genietend van het kristalheldere water en adembenemende uitzichten beginnen we nog een laatste keer aan onze terugreis - ongeveer 30 minuten durende schilderachtige rit terug naar de haven, wat het einde markeert van ons gedenkwaardige kustavontuur.

The excursion was certainly a spectacular experience. The places we visited and the landscapes we discovered were just amazing. But what really made the day perfect was our guide, Darius. Darío is not only pleasant, but also has a special talent to make every moment of the excursion memorable. With his explanations and passion for every corner of the place, he transformed a simple tour into an adventure full of interesting stories and facts

Completely unsuitable for excursions. In 300 on a rubber dinghy where my body came out in pieces. But the extraordinary thing that at the turning point of the tour they leave us on an islet in the middle of impassable mountains and leave us there for 2 hours waiting because they had other people to pick up at the port. Simply laugh, change your profession.

The spots are amazing for taking pictures or just enjoying. Our Guide gave us a short course on History of Albania, it was very interesting. The weather was good, not too much or not enough.

The trip had ups and downs, in sum it was an european price for non-european standards. The good: Silva who was managing the visit seems to be legitimately very nice and tried to make our trip better, offering us a walking tour when the trip was cancelled due to weather conditions and offered us an upgrade to haxhi ali cave & dafina cave for the next day, and even gave us some coffee and kept our bag in her office. The locations were nice and we had plenty of time to swim and be at each stop! The bad: We had to be an hour before the actual start time, because supposedly we were going to leave the car and catch a ride, and ended up waiting one hour and had to drive our car to the harbour anyway. When we arrived to the harbour our guide informed us that we had to carry some drinks ourselves that the boat was supposed to provide as a service, and talked to us very "abruptly" instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. When we got to the boat, there seemed to be some confusion of which boat we were going to be in, they sat us all together in a very tiny space that was not suitable for 3 adults, we didn't even have space for the legs and had to insist for another solution. And we ended up doing the ride separated. There was little information shared or even schedules during the entire trip and our guide only answered "I don't decide we are waiting for the captain", when before he told us we would leave in 10 minutes, and almost 30 passed. We had little explanation of the tour we were doing, especially on the last beach (supposedly there was something historical on land to see but we weren't informed by the guide?). They allowed other clients to smoke cigarettes onboard. Last boat ride to mainland the skipper didn't even give us lifejackets. Overall it looks like the "captain" did whatever he wanted, with no regard for the customer service. We hope these details can be improved as it would make the tour a really good one!
