Fab hosts Leo and Carmen, delicious food made.
Maria and Lydia were both very personable and made us feel so welcome. We met some great people, learned new spanish food facts and cooking techniques. The food we made was fresh, easy to make and tasty!
Such a great and enjoyable experience! We didn't know what to expect, but both the chef and her assistant were fantastic. Highly recommend this experience!
We had the most fantastic cooking experience with Diana and Lydia. They were fantastic hosts and teachers, who taught us so much about how to prepare traditional Spanish dishes. We were nervous as we had never taken a cooking class before, but were quickly put at ease thanks to the approach of Diana and Lydia. It was such a fun and easy experience. Everything tasted amazing and we are so excited to try making all the recipes at home at the end of our holiday. It was so lovely to meet and cook with people from other countries during this experience too. Such a highlight of our trip to Seville and Spain. Thanks so much!
Our cooking class in Seville was fantastic! Our teachers were well prepared and so much fun. We learned how to make several Spanish foods and as a bonus…enjoyed traditional Spanish beverages I would highly recommend booking this class
We had a wonderful experience with Chef David. The recipes were easy and delicious and we learned a lot. Highly recommend
Staff was very nice and we all learned something, even the more experienced cooks in our group.
The evening overall was ok. We felt that we we're a little bit misled with the cooking class. We didn't know it was going to be a total group participation we thought it would be 2-4 people per station and that we would all individually be making the food. The food choice was also okay... I would have preferred more of a variety. And also the quality of drinks we're not very good. The wine was a very inexpensive one and didn't taste good! I think overall it wasn't what we expected. Having done a similar class in Madrid I guess we had a very high expectations. I did appreciate that they were able to accommodate my celiac allergy and another person in the group was a vegetarian and they were able to accept her allergy as well. I don't feel it was good value for the price unfortunately.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us — we genuinely appreciate honest feedback, even when it's hard to read. You're absolutely right that our classes are designed as a fully collaborative, group cooking experience where everyone participates together — and we clearly didn't communicate that well enough before you arrived. That's on us, and it's something we're actively working to make clearer across all our listings and booking confirmations. We're sorry it didn't match what you were expecting. We're also glad to hear we were able to take care of you and your companion regarding the celiac and vegetarian requirements — that's something we take very seriously and will always make a priority. Your comments on the food variety and the wine are noted. We review our menus and inclusions regularly, and feedback like yours genuinely informs those decisions.
A very well run course with a good amount of participation and instruction. All the food cooked was really good and as one of our group had an allergy this was handled with no issues. Both the quality and quantity of food and drink were right for a nice evening out.
We participated in this cooking class as a group of 12 French people, and we had a really good time. We prepared three typical dishes—paella, salmorejo, and chickpeas with spinach—and all of them turned out delicious. The impeccable cleanliness of the space and the care in handling the food deserve special mention. And we cannot forget Leo, the chef, whom we literally ended up cheering for. His friendliness, his way of teaching, and his passion for cooking made the experience even more memorable. A fun, tasty, and highly recommended activity to discover Sevillian cuisine from within.
