Geef bij het reserveren uw gewenste ophaaltijd aan. De ophaaltijd is de ontschepingstijd dat de chauffeur bij de cruiseterminal aankomt. Over het algemeen komen de schepen om 05.00 uur aan en de eerste passagiers gaan om 06.00 uur van boord. Let op: De cruisemaatschappij geeft voorrang aan passagiers die vluchten moeten halen op de luchthavens. U moet echter kunnen selecteren hoe laat u van het schip wilt komen, dus als u het schip voor 8 uur 's ochtends wilt verlaten, wordt ervoor gezorgd dat u uw bagage heeft en om 8 uur 's ochtends van het schip bent.

- De ontschepingstijd is de tijd dat de chauffeur bij de cruiseterminal aankomt.

We were picked up on time. Although we were unaware of it there are actually 2 (maybe 3) terminals at the port. They monitored the ship arrival and knew which one we were at. Would use them again.
Thank you to our wonderful driver, who arrived at our Southampton cruise terminal right on time, loaded our 8 pieces of luggage onto the spacious minivan, and stopped at exactly the perfect time for a restroom break on the trip to our London hotel❗️❗️❗️

We disembarked from our ship about an hour earlier than our taxi pick up time. Reached out to the company to get an earlier pick up time but no response. Our driver did show up on time, was friendly, funny and drove cautiously. The car was comfortable and big enough for all our luggage.

Julian was prompt, professional, on time and an excellent driver. He picked us up at the Southampton cruise ship dock, drove us to Highclere castle (Downton Abbey) and then to London. Very friendly and courteous

Excellent experience with EC Minibus. Driver was on time, very courageous and safe. Dropped us at our terminal which had changed (terminal 5 instead of 3) after we made the booking. I had to change our pickup time which was easy but had an additional charge.
Our driver arrived at the port early and although there was some misunderstanding between where our group was waiting and where our driver was, when we did connect, it was great. Our driver was very pleasant, polite, professional and helpful. We had conversation during our ride to the hotel and he gave us valuable information and advice. He got us to our hotel located in Crawly, Gatwick safely and in a reasonable time. We were able to check in our hotel, grab a bite and go enjoy the rest of our day in London. When we do return to London we will surely use EC Minibus again for our pickup service and I will recommend them to friends.
Need to give better info for pick up area. Cruise ship told us a different location for normal pick up.
