De beleving vindt plaats in de grootmoeder villa met zeezicht, waar we samen wonen vanaf mijn geboorte. Ben je klaar om de unieke smaken van de lokale keuken van mijn grootmoeder te ontdekken, terwijl je onze traditionele Italiaanse levensstijl verkent? De ervaring is praktisch en je kunt een aantal waardevolle kookvaardigheden en tips leren. Hier zult u de chef en het diner zijn, die de specialiteiten van onze keuken leren koken, door mijn grootmoeder aan mij overhandigd! Je leert nieuwe kooktechnieken, helemaal vanaf het begin die je gemakkelijk thuis kunt repliceren, zoals het leren maken van gnocchi, aubergine-parmezaanse kaas en de typische tiramsù. Je wordt volledig ondergedompeld in de Italiaanse levensstijl in een gezellige sfeer tussen citroen- en olijfbomen, en ik laat je ook zien hoe we olijfolie en limoncello produceren. Mijn doel is dat deze ervaring in je hoofd blijft maar vooral in je hart!

Cristiano was a gem from the initial pickup. With his music blasting the party already started. He broke the ice in the ride over and our group of 8 knew one another, from names to hometowns and even our favorite Italian dishes before we even arrived at their breathtaking home. The class itself was properly fast-paced and he encouraged everyone to jump in and help out with the many tasks required to prepare the entire meal. He gave us many tips such as stirring the save in a figure 8. His mother and aunt were sweet and the whole class ran like a well oiled machine. Cristiano was so funny and energetic the entire time. The food was so delicious and fresh. A friend recommended this experience and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The setting was phenomenal and dreamy. I wish the family the best as they have plans to expand this experience in the years to come. Tutto Benne!
