Deze tour neemt je mee naar twee wijnregio's van Toscane die beroemd zijn om rode en witte wijnen. We maken een stop bij San Gimignano om een prachtig middeleeuws stadje op een heuveltop te verkennen. We bezoeken een van de oudste wijnhuizen van de Chianti-streek en staat bekend om zijn eigen hoogwaardige wijnen zoals Chianti Classico Riserva en Supertuscan Murtas.

Truly amazing private experience. Definitely the way to go if you want a more intimate and knowledgeable experience. Wineries and scenery were amazing and our tour guide was fabulous with a ton of knowledge.
The country side was beautiful even with the threat of a thunder storm approaching. The Wineries we visited were incredible with exceptional wine and food pairings. Our Driver Guide Niccolò helped make this tour even more special. Not only was he extremely informative but his personality was light and uplifting. Always providing bits of knowledge and history of the wines and region that were thought provoking. So if you’re looking for a tour from Florence to the Tuscan wine country, we highly recommend “Italy & Wine”, and don’t forget to ask for Niccolo as your guide.
We had a fantastic day with Andrea - he is very knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to be with through the day. He has a deep understanding of wine and the tour stops at boutique wineries rather than the big, overcrowded commercial ones. We loved the wineries we went to both for beauty and quality of the wines. Would do more tours with him!
Wonderful wine tour! Matteo took us to some of the best wineries in the Chianti region and was gracious enough to give us a complete understanding of the different varieties of Chianti wines and Sangiovese grapes. Loved the experience and highly recommended!!
We had the best day with Andrea! We went on a private tour with our 4 month old (they were able to provide a car seat if requested in advanced) - we toured beautiful San Giamingo and then visited two wineries. We had a lovely lunch at the first winery and some snacks at the second. Andrea was full of great knowledge and made it such an enjoyable trip. Would absolutely tour with this company again in the future.
This tour was exceptional. Matteo, the tour guide, was fantastic and super knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed the 2 wineries selected for the tour. San Gimignano was beautiful and worth the stop. We were fortunate the be on the tour with only one other couple making the experience seem like a private tour. Highly recommend this tour. **The stop at Corbucci winery was one of the highlights of our entire European vacation!
Andrea Colato was exceptional! His expertise in Tuscany wines was truly impressive. Andrea was not only personable and engaging but also made us feel incredibly welcome. He showed genuine interest in learning about us and our culture, while passionately sharing his deep knowledge of the local wines. My friends and I had the absolute best day ever. We were able to see the beautiful Tuscan countryside, stopping at San Gimignano, visiting 2 wineries all the while learning and laughing. Our wonderful guide, Andrea, was simply the best. He shared his knowledge in a way that allowed us to learn, ask questions and enjoy lots of fun throughout the day. He went above and beyond!! Our private wine and cheese tour was expertly guided by Matteo. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of the tour and Matteo made the experience much more enjoyable by being able to bridge the language gap and be a wealth of knowledge about the region. This tour enabled us to visit a part of Tuscany that would be difficult to access on our own. We visited a small working farm, witnessed cheese being made, saw the different livestock, and were served a delicious lunch by the family. Our tour was completed with a visit to a winery with a long history. Should we return to this region of Italy we will be utilizing this tour company again. We have made recommendations to all of our friends
We absolutely loved the San Gimignano wine tour with our lovely guide Shiva. From the first moment we stepped inside our van, she engaged us with interesting facts of Florence, wine country,San Gimignano, and the basics of Italian wine.
