Ontdek het iconische kasteel Laufen, een eeuwenoud monument met uitzicht op de Rijnwatervallen, waar geschiedenis en adembenemende natuur samenkomen.
De Rijnwatervallen zijn een van de meest iconische natuurlijke attracties van Zwitserland. Gelegen nabij de stad Schaffhausen, zijn het qua waterstroming de grootste watervallen van Europa. De Rijnwatervallen bevinden zich op een deel van de Rijn dat bekend staat als de Hoogrijn. Hier stroomt het water naar een lager niveau, waardoor de pittoreske Rijnwatervallen ontstaan. De watervallen zijn slechts één druppel, maar met een breedte van 150 meter en een hoogte van 23 meter is de omvang ervan indrukwekkend. Bezoekers worden weggeblazen door de enorme kracht van de Rijnwatervallen, vooral tijdens de zomer, waar het water met een indrukwekkende snelheid van 600.000 liter per seconde stroomt. Je hebt een ander platform om het van een andere kant te verkennen, je kunt eventueel ook een cruise toevoegen om de watervallen over te steken.
De terugreis met de bus duurt ongeveer 45 minuten om terug in het centrum te zijn

The falls are worth taking a half day to visit. Only improvement is the tour operator needs signage and/or someone in the parking lot to direct you to the appropriate bus. There numerous buses/tour operators in the parking lot with tour guides available to direct customers to their bus.

The falls we nice, but ride would have been to cold so we passed on that.good places to eat or just get a snack

Let's be honest here...you could walk to the train station in Zurich, figure out a train going to Rhine Falls, save yourself some money and be more flexible in your schedule. You could....but my partner and I opted for the guided tour and I'm glad we did. It wasn't all that expensive. We rode in comfort in a nice bus. We had a great driver/guide who could not have been more helpful. He gave us a lot of interesting tidbits about the falls. made sure we understood all of our options, and kept things stress-free. Two hours was plenty to enjoy the beautiful falls and we were back in Zurich in time for lunch. I highly recommend this tour for people who don't want to do the heavy lifting.

Wonderful excursion. The place is beautiful. The company is serious and responsible, the service was excellent. She was the only one on the tour, and yet they did the service. I've always done well with Viator.
There is no time frame , delayed to departure and arrival. There is nothing see than waterfall. The boat service stopped

It was not worth the price you charged. Also need to let people know in winter the boat does not run

Like to thank the tour guide who waited for us for a 5 min late into the tour . Description we thought that the boat ride is included as not being mentioned that there is no boat ride during winter time. But we’ve seen boat going on the falls itself so just confusing. Not much information being said by the tour guide about the falls and tour. Just like exploring on your own tour thing.

When we arrived at the bus station, we approached a guy and asked if he was the one who will guide us to the tour. He gave us a big smile and he talked to us politely.We felt so welcomed and relaxed throughout the day trip. Also the tour guide Stephano was friendly and the bus was so clean and comfortable.
