so much fun and easy to do! It's a great way to see the city and get a little workout too. (your butt will get wet, so wear workout clothes!)

If you are new to kayaking or love getting out on the water this is the excursion for you. The weather was perfect and our guide Ava was incredible. Lots of opportunities for pictures and we learned a lot about Milwaukee’s rich history!

The tour guide’s assistant was rude and unfriendly, and even put his hand in my face to tell me to stop walking. I was in shock. All he had to do was tell me to wait here. The tour guide himself did a poor job. He told us we had time to use the port-a-potty beforehand; yet he went over instructions with the group before we even got in line. We had no idea what was said or even what his name was. Once out on the river, there was no tour whatsoever. The few times he spoke, we could not hear him at all; and I have excellent hearing. The event was titled “guided tour.” Yet there was no tour at all; no tidbits of the area, no history, no landmarks discussed. What a letdown! There were no breaks at all, and I needed to give my arms a rest. I spent all my time and energy trying to keep up and didn’t get to take in the beauty.

Never been in a kayak, wasn't sure this was a great idea.... hubby agreed to go tandem so I could relax... the tour was so awesome. You really get a different view of the skyline from the water and our tour guide was very knowledgeable on the industrial history, architecture, and importance of Milwaukee River. We traveled at a reasonable pace, got to see many cool things and had fantastic conversation. Highly recommend this tour.

Enjoyed being on the Milwaukee River seeing the city and learning of its history from an entirely different vantage point. Terrific guide and comfortable paddle in our double kayak, thank you!

Great experience! We had walked around MKE a few days; enjoying the architecture of the older buildings, It was interesting to see them from the water. Abbey was a great guide. Explained the history of the industrial buildings, why some buildings lean, what's expected to happen to some of them in the next few years. If you're more into enjoying the time on the water, she'll explain how they're trying to clean things up. You also get to enjoy some time with nature, paddling and getting up close to the bridges! Great value for the two-hour experience.

Abby was a fantastic guide and gave us a great tour. We had a great time learning about the city in a unique way. Brew City had a great way to get folks into and out of boats. My 17-year old daughter and I took a tandem kayak and had a great time.
