Onze gids komt naar je hotel in de oude wijk om je op te halen. Een korte briefing voordat we beginnen.
Tijdens een wandeltocht van 3 uur verken je de cultuur en geschiedenis van Hanoi terwijl je een wereld vol straatvoedselverkopers binnenstapt. In tegenstelling tot grote steden over de hele wereld, zijn straatvoedsel in Hanoi niet alleen hotdogkarren en pretzelkraampjes, we bieden de mogelijkheid om veel verschillende gerechten uit te proberen bij lokale eetkraampjes en lokale familierestaurants. Een wisselend menu van dag tot dag om de verscheidenheid aan heerlijke opties weer te geven, maar proeverijen kunnen omvatten, maar zijn onderhevig aan verandering: rijstnoedelsoep met rundvlees, rijstnoedel met kip, rijstnoedel met gegrild varkensvlees, slak of droge noedel , kleefrijst, samen met verschillende soorten donut, gestoomde pannenkoek of Vietnamese sandwiches.

Nick was an excellent and informative guide who showed us some really nice local places to try a variety of foods. There were lots of places that we most likely would not have found otherwise, or have known the best thing to order at.
