Deze Golden Circle-dagtrip met kleine groepen omvat alle hoogtepunten van de populaire Golden Circle-route (Thingvellir, Geysir en Gullfoss). De tour is inclusief ophalen en wegbrengen bij geautoriseerde ophaalpunten in Reykjavik. Je Golden Circle Complete-tour begint met een pick-up in Reykjavik. Vanuit de hoofdstad ga je naar alle drie de klassieke Golden Circle-attracties, Thingvellir, Gullfoss en Geysir, naast andere interessante nabijgelegen haltes onderweg.
Het eerste hoogtepunt van de tour is het felrode Kerid kratermeer. Het is een 3000 - jaar oude plek 55 meter diep en het meest bekend om zijn schoonheid - aquamarijnkleurig water, omringd door rode rotsen en groen. Dit kleurenschema is wat het meer van bovenaf op een gigantisch oog doet lijken. Om deze reden wordt het "Het Oog van de Wereld" genoemd.
De volgende is Gullfoss, de bekendste waterval van IJsland. De prachtige waterval valt sierlijk in twee stappen neer en creëert een prachtige omgeving voor dat perfecte moment.
Vervolgens stoppen we bij Thingvellir National Park, een UNESCO Werelderfgoed. Drink in de zware mix van geologische en historische wonderen op deze populaire site terwijl je slentert tussen de kloofvallei die de tektonische platen van N-Amerikaans en Euraziatisch hebben gecreëerd.
Netxt bezoek je het fenomenale warmwaterbronnengebied Geysir. Hier kun je de Strokkur-geiser in actie ervaren, waarbij kokend water tot ongeveer 18 tot 30 meter hoogte spuit.
Je tour eindigt in Reykjavik met een drop-off op je oorspronkelijke vertrekpunt.

Very good driver/guide. Good tour value for money. Be prepared to hike. Probably should have booked 10 hour tour to have a little more time to soa in beautiful countryside.

Overall, it was a great tour. The driver was friendly and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. Another member of the team added some funny comments along the way, which made the day even more enjoyable. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the whole experience was fantastic. The only thing I regret is not taking a lava rock with me—but it's too late now.. I have nothing to complain about.
