Ontsnap aan de stad en verken de natuurlijke schoonheid van El Yunque Rainforest tijdens dit onvergetelijke avontuur met kleine groepen vanuit San Juan. Ontworpen voor reizigers die op zoek zijn naar een meer persoonlijke en authentieke ervaring, combineert deze tour natuur, cultuur en avontuur met de begeleiding van gepassioneerde lokale experts. Begin de dag vroeg om de drukte te vermijden en geniet van het regenwoud op zijn best. Wandel door weelderige tropische paden naar de beroemde natuurzwembaden en watervallen van Las Tinajas, waar je tijd hebt om te zwemmen, te ontspannen of spannende natuurelementen zoals waterglijbanen, klifsprongen en touwschommels te proberen. Onderweg zal je lokale Gids verhalen vertellen over het unieke ecosysteem van Puerto Rico, wilde dieren en het rijke Taíno-erfgoed van het eiland, waardoor je een diepere verbinding met het regenwoud krijgt. Kom en bezoek het enige tropische regenwoud in het Amerikaanse bossysteem! We beginnen deze unieke tour naar het “El Yunque-regenwoud” door u vroeg op te halen bij uw hotel. Vanaf daar beginnen we aan een rit door de historische “route 66” tot onze aankomst op “Las tinajas trail”. Dit is waar het avontuur begint met een wandeling van 20 minuten naar onze eerste stop in een van de meest ongerepte waterrivieren en waterval. Tijdens onze wandeling krijgt u de gelegenheid om meer te weten te komen over de geschiedenis van el “Yunque” die verband houdt met de Taino’s, maar ook om het unieke ecosysteem van dit bos te verkennen dat de thuisbasis is van meerdere endemische soorten, zoals de Puertoricaanse papegaai. Houd er rekening mee dat dit een modderige tocht is, wees voorbereid op nat en vies worden! Maar bereid je meer voor op een echte verbindende ervaring met jezelf, de natuur en het beste dat Puerto Rico te bieden heeft!

Ricky was amazing! We had a small group that worked well together, it was well worth the money. Such a great experience!
This excursion was phenomenal! Because our group was so small and left early in the morning, we missed the large crowds that came flooding in at the end of our trip. Our tour guide Ricky was simply amazing; he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the rainforest and our safety was our top priority to him. The natural water slide and rope swing were a blast and Ricky provided us delicious fresh fruit at the end of our tour, which was incredibly refreshing. What I really appreciated was the level of communication the night before and morning of our excursion - Ricky and Jean contacted us via text and provided everything single detail we needed to be prepared and meet up for our trip - they made it SO EASY as we weren’t very familiar with the area. This trip was a birthday present for my daughter; we will never forget it. Oh, and don’t worry about bringing a camera - Ricky took FANTASTIC pictures and videos of us along the way. Ricky, you are the best! We’ll definitely come back.

We had an amazing time at El Yunque with our tour guides, Jean and Daniel, and the rest of our group! The rainforest is absolutely beautiful, and the water was so refreshing. Jean and Daniel made the experience even better, they always made sure no one was left behind and that everyone stayed safe throughout the hike. Best part of our whole trip!!!!! Enrique was an absolute gem of a human. He communicated amazingly. Was very knowledgeable. My kids loved him and felt totally safe with him. We would 100% book another trip with him. Loved the early meet up and small group. It made the day so amazing. The fresh local fruit at the end was an amazing treat also.
Dani and Adri were absolutely amazing! El Yunque has so much to offer, and the rainforest was honestly breathtaking. Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire experience fun from start to finish. The tour lasted about four hours, and my group had an incredible time. We got to try crepe ginger, jump off cliffs, slide down a natural water slide, and enjoy some of the sweetest, freshest fruit. The experience honestly reminded me of home. There were kids on the tour as well, and they seemed to have just as much fun as the adults. If you’re considering this excursion, I highly recommend it. Just be sure to bring a change of clothes and extra shoes because you will definitely get wet! My group and I had an absolute blast, and I would book this tour again in a heartbeat. 🌿💚🌊

Adriana & Daniel were both fantastic!! This is my 3rd time booking a rainforest tours with ToursToDoPR & they never disappoint. Adriana was such a sweetheart to my 6 year old son who joined us & my other 2 kids. Made sure we were all had a good time, made sure we were safe and they were very educational. I would definitely come again for a 4th time, the next time I visit La Isla. Thank you guys so much!!
We had Jean and Enrique , awesome people very welcoming and ensured the safety of everyone. They did not rush the tour at all with ample time to enjoy the water and natural beauty. 10/10 will directly look for any tours given by them for the future. We had the most amazing experience! Our tour guides were personable, full of fun facts about the rainforest and the history of the island. They knew just where to take us and when in order to avoid all of the crowds that we saw as we were leaving, so that we ended up an amazing experience and captured the experience with wonderful photographs that weren’t full of strangers. We did rock slides, cliff jumps, road swings… the full experience! They keep the tour size small, unlike some of the large groups that we saw. It was a really terrific experience! We will definitely book with them again and highly recommend Tours To Do PR!
