Combineer standaard sightseeing met een ontspannen fietstocht door Keulen. U fietst een schilderachtige route van 15 km langs de bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Bekijk de ongeveer 2000 jaar oude, legendarische domstad aan de Rijn. Geniet van talloze fotomomenten met weidse uitzichten, de gepersonaliseerde ervaring van een kleine groepsactiviteit (maximaal 15) en commentaar van uw professionele gids. Fiets en helm zijn inbegrepen.

Ontmoetingspunt voor de tour is bij de middeleeuwse stadspoort Eigelstein, dicht bij het centraal station. Wij zetten een passende fiets voor je klaar, je ontmoet je Gids en begint al snel aan je tour door Keulen!
Je laat de wijken Eigelstein en Agnes achter je en gaat op weg naar het noordelijke verlengde van de Groene Gordel, het grootste park van Keulen. Uw Gids vertelt u interessante feiten en verhalen over hoe de stad zich door de eeuwen heen heeft ontwikkeld en deelt veel lokale kennis met u.
Via de Zoo Bridge over de Rijn wordt u nu beloond met een prachtig uitzicht terwijl u door het Rijnpark en langs de Rijnboulevard fietst. Op deze gigantische trap aan de oostelijke kant van de Rijn kunnen tot 10.000 mensen staan. Geniet van een geweldig uitzicht terwijl u uitkijkt over de oude stadswijk!
De verbazingwekkende Hohenzollernbrug wacht op ons! Vanaf het bruggenhoofd heb je een geweldig uitzicht op de Dom van Keulen en zie je de vele hangsloten die symbool staan voor de eeuwige liefde van vele duizenden koppels. Deze brug is niet alleen één van de beroemdste in Duitsy, maar ook één van de drukste bruggen voor het Duitse treinverkeer.
We passeren de filharmonische zaal met zijn moderne architectuurstijl. Vanaf hier is het slechts een korte rit naar de kathedraal en de oude binnenstad
Bekijk de Dom van Keulen en luister naar de geschiedenis en leer fascinerende feiten kennen. Dit gotische juweeltje bestaat al eeuwen en heeft veel verhalen te vertellen!
De oude binnenstad van Keulen is zo'n bijzondere plek met zijn rustieke brouwerijen en kleine smalle bondgenoten en paden, verborgen pleinen en interessante sculpturen. Je volgt je Gids door dit middeleeuwse doolhof en luistert naar interessante verhalen en leuke anekdotes. En misschien heb je zelfs tijd om wat lokale gerechten of een koud Kölsch brouwsel te proberen!
Zie waterkantontwikkeling op zijn best - We fietsen door de nieuwbouw voormalige industriële haven van Keulen. Zet je camera's klaar om enkele van de meest verbazingwekkende architectuur vast te leggen, zoals de Crane Houses.

This was a well organised tour- the meeting point was easy to find and the bikes were ready- staff were very helpful with adjusting the bikes- our guide was really knowledgeable and fun and we saw lots of the city- it was a very very hot day and he always made sure we stopped in the shade. Highly recommend this tour 😎
Lousy experience. We are traveling by viking river cruise and booked this trip months ago. Due to low water, the cruise was unable to get to the location. They did not tell us until the evening before the tour. The viator policy doesn't allow any cancellation within 24 hours and the cruise ship can't do anything either, so we had no way to get any refund for tour.
Viators global refund policy is 24h. I think that this is what the 1 star is about. Not about our offered bike tour experience. We are sorry, that your cruise ship company could not inform you ealier than a couple of hours before, so that there was no refund. As a gesture of goodwill from behalf of my company, taht operates for viator, we have offered aditionally to switch the booking within the upcommming season.
This was an excellent tour! Gode was an exemplary guide. He was a perfect balance of friendly, funny, and informative. The ride was calm and level apart from three parts where the guide will warn you and be considerate of everyone’s needs. I can highly recommend it!

Our group of 6 did this tour yesterday with Marvin. It was an ok tour but seemed very disorganized. Lots of unnecessary stops with not a lot of information. Marvin was not very friendly and had argument with my friend in the group because he stopped in an area that was not safe to be stopped in as a truck was trying to turn. Also did not walk our bikes by the Dom and should have as there were lots of children around. Just a difficult day. Would not recommend. We actually asked to stop the tour early.

As the tour you booked involves a sightseeing trip through the city center, and the roads are shared with many other road users, just as in many other major cities, there may be times when we have to stop at certain points for safety reasons or are limited to a slow pace. Our guides consider the safety of our guests their top priority and plan their routes accordingly. Unfortunately, we have no control over the behavior of other road users. We know Marvin to be a friendly and knowledgeable city guide; it is a shame that things didn't seem to work out well in your case.

Tour agency and guide were very disrespectful. The information and tour itself was very good, but the employees were extremely rude.
Of course, you are fully entitled to leave a review here, but we must also make the following comment regarding this specific incident: The customer's behavior fluctuated between politeness and extreme offensiveness and aggression. In the presence of witnesses in the office and outside he verbally abused our staff in a very rude manner. Neighboors saw the scene and intervened. We are a company that attaches great importance to social standards, the wellbeing and safety of our staff and guides, as well as that of our guests. We are always open to feedback, especially if it is based on true events.
