Sky Walk biedt je een rustige kennismaking met het verkennen van Monteverde Cloud Forest op een circuit van 2,5 km (1,5 mijl) dat door verschillende niveaus van het wonderbaarlijk diverse ecosysteem slingert. Je wandelt diep in deze magische tropische bossen om de natuur vanuit een ander perspectief te bewonderen. Over hangbruggen met volledig uitzicht op het bladerdak en vanaf de bosbodem goed onderhouden. Trails bevat enkele oneffen oppervlakken en verschillende beklimmingen en afdalingen. Sky Walk-hangbruggen hebben niet alleen een indrukwekkend uitzicht, ze zijn ook op zichzelf al indrukwekkend, met afstanden tot 236 m (774 ft) en hoogtes tot 70 m (230 ft). Paden en hangende bruggen zijn ontworpen en onderhouden om de natuur zo min mogelijk te belasten, waarbij altijd wordt geprobeerd het bos intact te houden voor alles wat erin leeft. Sky Walk-hangbruggen zijn perfect om de prachtige en wereldwijd erkende biodiversiteit van Costa Rica te waarderen door te wandelen en de natuur vanuit verschillende perspectieven te bewonderen.

De tocht geeft u de mogelijkheid om te genieten van de flora en fauna van het gebied, altijd vergezeld door een van onze gespecialiseerde gidsen. De rondleiding duurt tussen de 1,5 en 2 uur. Sky Walk herenigt alle voorwaarden van veiligheid en vertrouwen. De bruggen zijn aangepast, zelfs voor mensen met een handicap.

I did a tour with Carolina and she was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable, and stayed calm when we came across a monkey that was being very vocal lol. The landscape was so beautiful! I'm so glad I decided to take this tour.

The walk began with our guide, Jason who was very thorough in locating and identifying multiple birds and insects. The pace allowed excellent viewing but wasn’t boring. Upon completion of the guided walk we spent additional time exploring on our own- it was excellent
We felt it was a wasted experience. The guides were disinterested and did not even bother showing any of the flora and fauna. In fact we were told that the telescope was broken- so they could not focus with the scope- and show any of the diverse fauna. All guides in other tours had this. If you do indeed choose this tour- please do not bother with a guide (total waste of money)
Exceptional! Monte verde area is exceptional. The people are very friendly. Highly recommend it!!!!!
The weather was nice and Roberto our tour guide educated us about the healing properties of some plants found in the cloud forest. We saw lots of miniature orchids that are only found in the cloud forest. We also saw a viper snake, a tarantula and lots of birds. The temperature of the cloud forest was very nice and refreshing. I would recommend a guided tour to learn about the forest.

Beautiful walk above the trees. Very cool to walk across the huge hanging bridges. The drive to get there was a drive.. climbing up the mountain and the scenery was beautiful. We loved the walk on the bridges. We did Not see any wildlife tho. Guess it’s not our lucky day.

It was a fascinating tour of the rainforest canopy. It was raining quite hard when we went on our tour so we didn't see much wildlife. The bridges are cool and give a very different perspective on the cloud forest.

Our guide was knowledgeable about plants and trees and the weather was great but there was no wildlife to be seen only saw one bird flying overhead. The tour only lasted about one hour.
