The Sky view observatory is totally recommended: the view is beautiful, many possibilities of activities and few people! We had been advised <$ Burj and no regrets for that! On the other hand, at the entry, only a QR code is accepted and not a bar code received by the local operator. So it lasted over an hour to try to sort it out with Viator and the local agent because we had other activities planned during the day and couldn’t wait too long to finally ask A refund and buy our tickets on site. Check your ticket received via Viator the day before!

The rate is higher than Klook. I booked one ticket from Klook and One from here, as it was clearly mentioned here that children below 2 years are allowed and free, and nothing specifically was mentioned on the Klook site. But anyway, the receptionist in the Sky confirmed that in Klook also children below 2 have free entry with a ticket holder parent. Also, if you book from here, make sure you are booking in way Advance, as TripAdvisor works with local agents who do the booking for you after you make your booking from TripAdvisor. So till the time the local agent completes their booking and sends you the ticket, you won't be permitted to enter into the attractions. I faced this issue.
We took so many photos and truly enjoyed the experience!! I would definitely recommend going with family or friends!!!
