Sky Rider Oceanside Parasailing-ervaring in Cancun

Ontmoet bij aankomst op het ontmoetingspunt ons vriendelijke personeel en klim aan boord van een boot. Ga na een veiligheidsbriefing zitten en ga lekker zitten in de Sky Rider. Terwijl de boot over het water begint te varen, neemt de Sky Rider je mee naar boven en weg in de blauwe Caribische lucht. Vlieg naar een hoogte van 100 m en geniet van een spectaculair uitzicht op de witte zandstranden en het kristalheldere water van de Caribische Zee. Bekijk de hotels van Cancun van bovenaf terwijl u comfortabel ontspant in de verstelbare stoel van de Sky Rider. Als je tijd om is, kun je ervoor kiezen om soepel te landen op een zacht platform bij de boot of te vragen om met een plons in het water naar beneden te gaan.

It was canceled and they didn’t notify me.!!! That’s unprofessional and irresponsible. I was very disappointed
Was a little tricky to find, its on the beach behind the hotel, but once we did, it was fantastic! They were very professional and friendly, got us in life jackets quickly. From there it was a quick jetski ride to the boat waiting to send us off. After a quick safety briefing, we were seated and sent up. It was SOOO peaceful and relaxing! Not at all what I would have thought it would be. We took in the amazing view of the area, and that gorgeous Mexican carribean water before coming back down. We opted to get the additional photos for an extra $45, which they gave us on an SD card, so we have to wait until we get home for those. All in all, wonderful experience that you really should try!

We had a little bit of trouble finding them, we went to the hotel they were supposed to be at BUT they are on the beach behind the hotel. Once we figured that out, it was a quick bit of removing shoes and then it was a jet ski ride to the boat. They gave a quick rundown of what to expect and safety instructions. We opted to get the pics for an extra $45, and they started taking pics as we were released into the sky. It was FANTASTIC! Very peaceful and relaxing, and much smoother than I was expecting. It was a great experience, and one we would love to recommend!!!

Disclaimer: We weren't able to go on the Sky Rider due to weather conditions and had to cancel, so my review is based on the experience for how that was handled by the company, not the ride itself. We were able to get a full refund without much fuss. My primary complaint was that the company did not reach out to us ahead of the scheduled appointment to inform us that they were not doing Sky Rider tours due to the weather. We were staying at a different resort and had to travel to the meetup point on the beach, so we had no idea beforehand. We ended up wasting our time getting to the meetup location only to find out that they weren't even there. Once we got to the beach and noticed the wind, we did try calling the numbers provided to see if things were still running prior to walking down, but one went straight to voicemail and the other went to a disconnected line.

Weather in Cancun is very variable and they might be hour gaps this activity does not operate. The scheduled time for your booking was one of the first ones in the day, and unfortunately our provider did not reach out on time for us to properly inform you about the activity since they were awaiting a confirmation from local authorities. Ironically & thankfully they were right next to our hotel so we didn’t have to travel. I’ve been parasailing before and it was a lot like that. The guides were helpful & explained everything perfectly. The ride accommodated my 6’6 400lb bf. We were in the air for about 10-12 minutes.
