Was a smooth experience. Had to recharge with voice though, however was a bery fast process. These couters are towards gate 14.

Very simple to use, it was only necessary to restart the smartphone twice and wait a few minutes. It worked perfectly for the entire duration of the trip.

Uncomplicated pickup, SIM card in - DONE!! It worked great. Next time I would order the card including calls.

Picking up was easy. Show the voucher at one of the described SIM card stands (cannot be stolen) and have briefly said what I want. To register the Katrte only the ID is required and after about 5 minutes you have the card and can start. Data connection was always top during my stay.

Unfortunately the SIM card could not work on my iPhone. The lady at the airport counter was very polite and swapped the SIM card with another one which still didn’t work unfortunately. I cancelled the SIM and was promised to get a refund (which 4 weeks later I still haven’t received).
