Eerst bezoekt u de iconische Taj Mahal. Het is een van de zevende wereldwonderen. Het is in 2007 door UNESCO aangewezen. De Taj Mahal werd gebouwd door de vijfde Mughal-keizer Shah Jahan ter nagedachtenis aan zijn geliefde vrouw.
Het was een prachtig en indrukwekkend koninklijk woonpaleis van de Mughal-keizers. Dit koninklijke fort van Agra werd meer dan 200 jaar door de Mughal-dynastie gebruikt. De derde Mughal-keizer Akbar begon in de 16e eeuw met de bouw van dit fort.

Zeeshan was a great tour guide, he re-arranged the timings for me because the weather was very foggy and he was worried that I would not be able to see the Taj Mahal.
