La Sagrada Familia is een van Gaudí's beroemdste werken in Barcelona. Het is een gigantische basiliek die sinds 1882 in aanbouw is en die naar verwachting nog enige tijd niet af zal zijn. Na het bezoek aan de Sagrada Familia gaan we naar het Park Güell, ontstaan in 1900, toen graaf Eusebi Güell een met bomen bedekte heuvel kocht (toen nog buiten Barcelona) en Gaudí inhuurde om een miniatuurstad van huizen te maken voor de rijken op aangelegde terreinen.

Het Park Güell is een openbaar park-systeem met tuinen en architectonische elementen op de Carmel-heuvel in Barcelona. Eusebi Güell wees het ontwerp van het park toe aan Antoni Gaudí, een beroemde architect en het gezicht van het Catalaanse modernisme. De gids geeft ons een rondleiding door het park.
Uitzicht op de skyline van de stad vanuit een uitkijkpunt gebouwd met rotsen en bekroond door 3 emblematische kruisen.
Een ijzeren poort leidt naar de plek waar vroeger de tuinen van Casa Larrard waren. Deze deur heeft de vorm van een grote golf op schuine kolommen.
Buitenkamer met 86 Dorische zuilen die een mozaïekplafond ondersteunen, met uitzicht op het park.
Huis uit 1903, geïnspireerd op sprookjes en gemaakt door Antonio Gaudí, met films en foto's gerelateerd aan zijn ontwerpen.

- Park Güell is gedeeltelijk toegankelijk. Bezoekers met beperkte mobiliteit kunnen genieten van een aangepaste route door de toegankelijke gebieden door de aangewezen paden te volgen; het is echter niet mogelijk om de volledige rondleiding te volgen.
- We raden aan om in de zomer water, zonnebrandcrème en een hoed mee te nemen. Er zijn een aantal winkels in de buurt om water te kopen, maar er is niet veel tijd tijdens de tour voor.
- Niet aan te bevelen voor reizigers met beperkte mobiliteit.

Our experience included a tour of the Sagrada Familia & Park Güell. Guide was at the designated meeting point and on time. First stop was Sagrada Familia, guide walked us through the church and was very knowledgeable. The confusion came at the end of the church tour.. our group all had different experiences setup after the church tour, some went up the church towers, some were done w the tour, some had additional experiences like us. We had Park Guell as our second stop. The issue was the guide told us a location to meet our transport which turned out to be a taxi however we were unaware of which taxi and whether we had the right location. We had to contact the tour service to get the details. Eventually we got the taxi and ended up at our second meeting point where our original guide was waiting for us. He walked us up to the Park and gave us a private tour. Again very knowledgeable about the park. At the end of the tour, we were on our own to enjoy the park but we had to arrange for our own transportation back. Overall the tours were very good, the lack of information on the transport from the church to the park and arranging our own transport after the park tour was the only concerns we had. In the end we took the subway back and it worked out but we had to get directions to the subway from the park. I would have rated this higher if the transportation was better handled.
For the first part of the tour we were 4 minutes late to the meeting time the tour began at 9:30 your attracted to meet at 9:15 at the meeting point we were a few minutes late but still there before 930 at no point we're we contacted to see where we were i called the company to see if they could let us in as they had already made it thew the line they told us this was not possible this was very upsetting I do understand we were late but wish we would have been contacted I then asked if we could go to the second part of the tour this was not offered to me I had to ask i am glad I did and we were able to go on the second part to park quell the gide for the second part was amazing and we had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the Park and gide
This tour was very disorganized. Given incorrect meeting point. We had to call several times before anyone answered the phone. The guide never walked us to make sure we got a taxi to Park Guelll. He told us to go stand st a corner and the taxi would pick us up. We went to exactly where he said to go and tried to speak to different taxi drivers. None of them spoke English and said they were not with this tour company. We missed being able to go to the park. We notified the company of this situation and received no help nor a refund for the park tickets we paid for. Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this tour or company

La Sagrada Família tour was great. Park Güell tour was terrible. Tour guide showed us very little of park.

Excellent tour but I had to take away two stars bc of the lack of communication between Sagrada Família and Parc Guell tours. Apparently our guide at SF was supposed to escort us to the taxi to take us to Parc Guell. Instead she pointed out where to go and we went on our own. The taxi driver was there the whole time but he didn’t know we were there bc (he said) that the tour guide usually escorts people there. So if you do the tour - be sure to text the support people once you are there bc once we did that we were able to find our driver! Very stressful as I didn’t want to miss the start of the Parc tour! It all worked out but I hate to have to panic while on vacation. Taking both tours with the same company was supposed to make it seamless which unfortunately it was not. But still a great tour - both attractions are not to be missed while in Barcelona!!

Excellent experience in Sagrada Familia had mistrust because it was not the official website. Everything was on schedule my guide was Marta who extolled the bilingual experience and for her charisma! He gave me details of everything I loved and his way of transmitting the information I highly recommend. Take the combination to Park Güell without transport I arrived by taxi the time between excursions is small my guide was David was very good but I would have liked the tour to be more dynamic because at times I needed to go faster between the stops unlike the previous one that I did not want to finish . I wish I had some more time in the sacred family since I didn't get to see Gaudi's tomb because I had to run out to the other excursion they should extend the time between excursions
We chose an English tour yet we’re in Spanish tour. Miguel did try to tell the 6 English speaking people out of 30 some information in English but we missed a lot of information. While at Sagrada Família when tour was over Miguel brought us to the tower portion explained he was late for another tour, once we complete the tower we need to walk 3 blocks to find a taxi and ask the driver if they were hired for Amigo, we headed there and I receive a text telling us the location of the taxi. We arrived there 8 minutes after the text but there were no taxis. I ordered an uber and we PAID for a ride to the meeting point for the park, they had left and there was no representative. We walked to the park and recognized from the first part of our tour, she texted the company and told me they would call and perhaps we could go on the 2:30 tour. No call, so we walked back to the meeting point and had lunch waiting for Amigo tours to show up but they did not. I would not recommend this company. I requested a refund however Viator informed me that Amigo Tours would not refund as it is not in the refund window. I will be stopping payment with American Express! Beware of Amigo tour!!!
