The visit was interesting, but be careful, the tickets have an entry time that must be respected. No explanation at the ticket counter on this point and we ended up with tickets valid only four hours later.

Great guide and amazing tour. Well organized and fun. Si Si museum has narrow hallways, hopefully more space will be allowed in the future. Our guide took extra time to position or group in most efficient way. Thanks!

Tickets reserved directly on the site. Time slots to be respected. I didn't really understand why because clearly there were many of us, or even too many, for the visit. In the middle of a heatwave, we were really hot despite the few Dyson fans. The museum is located right in the historic center of Vienna and the building is splendid. Since we visited it after Schönbrunn Palace, we didn't learn anything.. In my opinion, doing both adds nothing. If I had to do it again, I would do the palace and the museum exterior.

Not worth money. Sissi museum not really splashy. Horses not seen. Many details by guide but who vd world is already knew that. E.g. food Kaiser Mahre knows everyone. Guide Diane also said cafe at Dom was worth it but was closed. Gee the gardens...are not gardens...Schönenbrunn those are gardens.

Excellent guide for this tour. She is an archeologist and provided informative history and detail with fun commentary. The museum can be crowded due to narrow passages but she navigated all of it well, and kept us prepared! Thank you!

Our guide was so pleasant and organized. Her tour rapt the crowd ranging from kids to older adults. She was informative and funny. It was a very hot day and the tour moved at a pace and route that considered the comfort of our group in those beautiful old buildings without central air.

It was not really necessary to skip the line; there was no line. The guide was just ok. The real problem was the headset. It was only available in the right ear, which is a problem if you are deaf in that ear. Had to wear the unit upside down and hold it, which was very problematic.
