Onze meertalige Engelse/Portugese/Spaanse chauffeurs wijzen u op de bezienswaardigheden langs de weg om speciale momenten vast te leggen of u onder te dompelen in de natuur en cultuur van ons prachtige Costa Rica. Hoffelijke en ervaren chauffeurs zijn voor ons een must. We werken op een veilige manier onder de Costa Ricaanse wetten als een Tourism Operator licentie toestemmingen en rekenen met een voertuig en passagiers verzekering dekking voor uw veiligheid wanneer u met ons reist. Tot slot, annuleringen zijn gratis met volledige terugbetaling indien gemaakt 24 uur voor uw reis of verzetten.

Zorg ervoor dat u de vereiste informatie met betrekking tot uw Aankomsten invult, inclusief uw SJO Airport Pickup en Destination locatie in Manuel Antonio, Quepos en Hotels in de buurt. Informatie zoals vluchtnummer, datum, tijd en hotelnaam zijn minimaal vereist om uw vervoersdiensten uit te voeren en vertragingen of annuleringen te voorkomen. De dagtrip zullen we uw vluchtnummer monitoren via reguliere APPs om op tijd te zijn met uw pick-up. Naast Viator Chat, zullen onze communicatiemiddelen bij voorkeur WhatsApp Chat/Calls, gewone telefoongesprekken of Waze/Google Maps met u zijn. Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar of kleiner dan 1.45cms hoogte / 36KG vereist het gebruik van baby autostoeltjes of boosters, gelieve dit van tevoren aan te vragen voor de reisdag zonder kosten voor u. Als er een stoelverhoger of babyautostoeltje voor kinderen nodig is, maar u heeft dit niet voorafgaand aan uw reis aangevraagd, kunnen we genoodzaakt zijn om de reis te vertragen of te annuleren vanwege Costa Ricaanse wetten die het gebruik ervan vereisen. (Onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid) Het is belangrijk om te benadrukken dat onze diensten niet van het type On-Demand of onmiddellijke respons zijn.Ons type transportdiensten vereist voorbereiding voor de chauffeur en het voertuig om de juiste servicebehoeften voor u en uw gezelschap te garanderen. Onze bus heeft een capaciteit van 12 passagiers, dus in sommige ritten reist de chauffeur met een assistent om uw privéservicerit te ondersteunen en toegevoegde waarde te bieden zonder kosten voor u. Zodra uw internationale vlucht is geland, is de volgende stap Immigratie en Bagage Claim die 25 minuten of meer dan 1 uur kan duren door de buitendeur van de passagiersuitgang te passeren. Driver very informative. Allowed us to stop at a viewpoint to see the crocodiles and store. We arrived at our hotel within the time predicted.

Francisco was an incredible driver. So thoughtful and kind. He was very knowledgeable of the culture and history and we learned so much during our drive. Francisco even stopped at the Crocodile Bridge for us for a great lunch and view. Highly recommend!

Francisco our driver was the best of the best. He had so much great information for us, drove very safely and efficiently, and gave us such a comfortable trip overall. The van was in great shape too- very comfortable and air conditioned well. Highly recommend

We booked the shuttle service for my mom after her flight to quepos got canceled due to weather. Francisco was very communicative and even offered to drive her all the way her final destination that’s further away. We talked via WhatsApp and he even shared a picture of him and the sign he was holding and a link to Waze so you can follow the drive live. My mom also said he explained to her more about Costa Rica as they were driving. Thank you Francisco 🙏

This was a great choice! Smooth airport pickup and very nice ride. Francisco was very friendly and accommodating. He stopped for fruit purchase and suggested a delicious stop for lunch which did not disappoint. It was a 3 hour ride from airport to hotel and was just perfect.

Francisco was amazing . He picked us up at the the airport he let us know where to go and he was there waiting with a sign with my name . He took us to our hotel in Manuel Antonio & stopped along the way . He ended up being our driver throughout the week & was just absolutely amazing and tentative to places to go ect. I will definitely book again 10 stars A ++++++ rating . We felt safe and he made our first time in Costa Rica enjoyable and memorable thank you Francisco
