Sint-Petersburg Eco Segway Tour

Breng een paar uur door in de verbazingwekkende natuur van Florida tijdens deze leuke, schilderachtige en leerzame Segway-tour. Je kleine groep en deskundige gids volgen door het historische district van Sint-Petersburg. Ontdek de diverse natuur en dieren in het gebied terwijl je langs de met palmbomen omzoomde zeewering van Tampa Bay vaart om zeekoeien en dolfijnen in hun natuurlijke habitat te bekijken. Daarna wandelen we door 4 hectare Sunken Gardens, een exotische botanische tuin met 50.000 tropische planten en bloemen, flamingo's, ara's, papegaaien en met koi gevulde vijvers. Onderweg leer je over lokale ecosystemen van je gids via je persoonlijke headset-ontvanger terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht tijdens deze 12 mijl lange Segway Eco Tour. De tour is inclusief toegang tot Sunken Gardens (waarde $ 12), gids, Segway i2, helm, headset-ontvanger, fles water en 20 minuten praktijktraining voorafgaand aan de tour.

Fantastic Segway tour all over St Pete waterfront as well as Sunken Gardens. Louisa (aka “Doo “) is a long time local with a wealth of knowledge! Hearing her through a headset made all the difference as we covered 12 miles and could hear her narrate everything we were seeing in real time! She took pictures of us at all the hot spots and was very thorough in making sure we knew how to safely operate the segways (super easy & user friendly)… We saw dolphins, stingrays rays & many species of birds! She gave great tips on restaurants to check out and best parts of town to explore!! Such a great time!! Totally worth the time & money!! We did 10am tour in April.. perfect weather!!

We have been on several of Louisa’s tours and loved them all. Today we did the Eco Segway tour of the Sunken Gardens. So much fun zipping through the downtown and historic sections of St Pete. Louisa’s knowledge of plants and sea life is second to none, and her playful banter is very entertaining. Highly recommend this adventure.

This tour is wonderful! Louisa made us feel comfortable from the get-go. We needed training since this was our first time on a Segway. You get to see the shoreline and the city's major tourist attractions. We had narration throughout, especially when we went into the Sunken Garden. Louisa is very knowledgeable about plants! We went through the old section of town with 100-year-old homes that are beautiful We highly recommend this tour, and Louisa as the guide.

You MUST go on this tour! It was SO FUN! You get a lot of time on the segway (so fun). We got to see a dolphin in the wild and a manatee! The Sunken Gardens are amazing, and our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different plants. She is also a bird whisperer and got the kookaburra talking! Our tour guide recommended an amazing place to eat. She entertained us with detailed history and interesting facts about the area. She was very flexible, and we had many photo opportunities, restroom breaks, and she provided water and sunscreen. This was one of the BEST segway tours I have ever had the privilege to take.
