Let op de volgende belangrijke informatie : 1. Blijf verbonden • Als u geen dataservice heeft, maak dan verbinding met de wifi van het hotel om in contact te blijven. • Zorg ervoor dat je WhatsApp hebt geïnstalleerd, want het zal worden gebruikt voor communicatie wanneer dat nodig is tijdens het ophalen. 2. Bagagecapaciteit • Raadpleeg de geselecteerde voertuigcategorie voor richtlijnen voor bagagecapaciteit. • Als u niet zeker bent, kunt u uw boeking wijzigen in een groter voertuig om voldoende ruimte te garanderen. 3. Ophaaltijd en wachtbeleid • Gratis wachttijd van 15 minuten zal worden verstrekt vanaf de geplande ophaaltijd. • Na 15 minuten geldt een wachttijdtoeslag. Gelieve ons vooraf te informeren als u meer tijd nodig heeft. • Als we u na 30 minuten niet kunnen bereiken, moet de chauffeur mogelijk vertrekken en wordt de boeking als voltooid beschouwd zonder restitutie. 4. Chauffeur ontmoetingspunt • Uw chauffeur wacht op de geplande tijd bij de oprit van de lobby van het hotel, met een bord met uw naam. Deze Vermelding is niet van toepassing voor ophalen op de luchthaven / Seaport Terminal.

I do not know what happened to our driver, but he did not arrive. When I contacted Mavern they sent out a new driver and refunded the cost. We were 30 minutes later than we wanted to be, but Mavern did everything they could to make it right, so I have to give them credit where it is due. The car was absolutely spotless, the second driver was marvellous. I will book through them again.

We were heading to the cruise port with 5 bags and accessories. So glad we didn't try to use the MRT. The driver was pleasant and efficient. Arrived on time and helped us with our bags. The car was extremely comfortable

The driver showed up 15 mins before the pick up time ( as we were all ready for pick up then). The van is very clean and The driver is very friendly and courteous! Highly recommend this company!

The driver was on time he was very helpful we needed a wheelchair at the airport he helped me to find one. He was like a tour guide on the way. Good experience

I booked this airport service for my elderly parents traveling to Singapore. I was worried since I wasn't traveling with them and I'm back in the US but Maven Limousine Services sent email updates to me until the drop off at the airport. They answer my phone call promptly when I had questions. I really appreciate their services and will definitely use it again. I recommend this service.
Singapore is such an advanced city, very busy, lots of going on., MRT is very convenient, took us a few times to get it down .
Much cheaper than an Uber or booking through the hotel, great communication from viator and also the appointed driver
