We also advised that a licensed English-speaking tour guide could be arranged separately for guests who wanted more detailed historical and cultural explanations or someone to accompany them through the attractions. Regarding the National Orchid Garden, we also informed you in advance, in the payment information sent to you, that the regular admission price was SGD 13 per person, while seniors aged 60 and above could purchase tickets directly at the counter for SGD 3. We specifically advised that if you were eligible for the senior rate, you could ignore our payment link and purchase the discounted ticket directly at the attraction. However, you chose to proceed with payment through the regular-rate payment link provided. As this was a private customized tour, the amount of time spent at each stop depended on the total tour duration, traffic conditions, and how many locations you wished to cover. Guests are always welcome to spend more time at fewer locations if they prefer a slower pace. We understand that the experience may not have fully matched your expectations. However, the information regarding the driver’s role, the optional licensed guide, and the senior admission rate had all been provided to you before the tour.
