Waag je aan 's werelds eerste Night Safari, die zich in Singapore bevindt. Ontspan tijdens je Tramrit terwijl je deze tropische jungle verkent terwijl de mysteries zich na zonsondergang ontvouwen. Je ziet ze als ze hun nachtelijke rituelen beginnen voor een onvergetelijke avond in Singapore's Night Safari. Kom van dichtbij als dieren stoeien, grazen en jagen. Maak een spannende tramrit door 6 geografische regio's of kies voor een wandelpad voor een nog diepere reis in het park om nog meer dieren te zien die niet zichtbaar zijn vanaf de tramreis. De volières liggen langs de Leopard Trail waar u binnen een snor kunt komen van de prachtige luipaarden vanuit hun speciale glazen observatorium. Trek vervolgens rechtstreeks de Outback in om inheemse wilde dieren van Australië te ontdekken, waaronder een familie wallabies in hun walk-through habitat. Great experience. Lighting is like a full moon to protect nocturnal animals. Operator recommend arriving 30 minutes before entry time. We were so glad we did. Line was enormous a while later. Highly recommend
Amazing experience seeing animals at night time, some signage could be improved as we missed the map at the beginning of the Tanzanian devil trail and then halfway down thought we'd missed them because they were not mentioned on the signage. Apart from that well organised good value for money
You changed our outing from 7:15 pm to 9:15pm with little notice. We travelled by train which ended suddenly at 12:00am so we were stuck getting a taxi. It was very dark most of the night. Big lineups for buses etc. I’m sure the nocturnal animals would still have been around during the day.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - I booked months ago for the 7.30pm show. They messaged me the day of my show to say they couldn’t get me in at 7.30pm and could only do 9.15pm - which was too late for me as would mean not getting back until gone 1.30am and I fly in the morning. They have not issued me a refund and now ignoring my messages and WhatsApp!!

Do not buy from this third party, they did not communicate well. They changed our time slot the night before at 10:30Pm & were unresponsive to our reply. We arrived to the Night Safari with no access to entry & when we called support they told us to text on whatsapp to which they did not help and delay responses just to say they will refund us whilst we waited. We ended up paying for tickets at the venue which worked out to be cheaper and instant.
My husband and I were booked for 7:15 and we went right in. We went on the trails first because most people headed right over to the tram. It was the right move as when we later got to the tram there was no wait. We were there a little over two hours and enjoyed the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream on the way out.
Good, only problem was while I booked in August for an October tour and booked for 7:30 the day before a message was sent that I couldn’t get the 7:30 time slot, given I didn’t think I had to do anything but add it to my wallet, there was obviously a problem on the night. The people at the night safari accommodated the problem but not good enough for you Guys to do that, booking early shouldn’t be just an advantage for you Guys to get money early you should book the event then and there so there’s no day before issues. Also you sent barcodes not QR codes so these couldn’t be scanned either, another issue, which they fixed after about 20 minutes
Complete horror show of communication. Booked through TripAdvisor, 7pm slot confirmed for $155. No email confirmation. Finally contacted viator the booking agent only to be told tour operator is in Dubai. Contacted tour operator over a WhatsApp number I found online. No 7pm slot available, only 8.15pm or 9pm - not great with a 7 year old. Decided to go for 8.15pm. No email confirmation. No ticket. Contacted tour operator again over WhatsApp 2 hours before the time the safari was due to start. No confirmation from yet another tour operator. Full refund initiated - money due back to me in 8 days time. What a joke - no email, no text messages, no whatsapp. Why is it so hard to communicate with customers? Wasted two hours of my holiday in Singapore chasing countless tour operators. No accountability. Thanks trip advisor/viator/royal smart tourism. Who knows who’s accountable as everyone takes their commission.
This was an amazing experience and definitely one not to be missed. From the night tram to the safari walks it’s fantastically organised and you get to see animals you would not normally see
