Dit is een luxe tour van drie uur door Belfast City. We beginnen in het Westen, snijden een zigzagpad door Belfast en eindigen in het Oosten. Dit geeft u de kans om alles te zien wat Belfast te bieden heeft, en om kennis te maken met enkele locaties die u op een later tijdstip misschien nog eens in meer detail wilt bezoeken. Of u nu van ver komt of als onderdeel van een staycation, bekijk het beste van wat Belfast te bieden heeft. Ik neem je mee langs de Internationale Muur (die deel uitmaakt van de Vredesmuur ) waar je muurschilderingen ziet met gebeurtenissen en figuren uit de hele wereld. Zie Windsor Park voetbalstadion, de thuisbasis van Linfield voetbalclub en de Noord-Ierse nationale voetbalploeg. We nemen je mee naar de Queen’s University die sinds 1845 in Belfast staat. Je ziet de prachtige botanische tuinen die naast het Ulster Museum liggen, een instituut dat al sinds 1833 bestaat. Terwijl u het stadscentrum binnenrijdt, ziet u het Europa Hotel, het meest gebombardeerde hotel van Europa en het stadhuis van Belfast, voltooid in 1906, voordat u de korte trip naar de St Anne's Cathedral maakt. De volgende is de Crumlin Road ( Gaol ) gevangenis en vervolgens Belfast Castle. Het titanic museum is de volgende en eindigt met een kijkje op de H & W kranen, bekend als Samson & Goliath, voordat u terugkeert naar uw pick-up punt.

Really enjoyed the tour with Thomas. It was a bad weather day but we were still able to see lots of amazing sights. We enjoyed his extensive knowledge of history and his wonderful humor. Would definitely recommend!

We saw the murals, the international peace wall, the border walls, the neighborhoods, Belfast Castle, and more, all while hearing fascinating stories and history from Thomas.

It was absolutely everything we wanted it to be. Thomas was easy to understand, extremely knowledgeable, and quite entertaining. A wonderful tour guide. He was right there at the ship waiting for us as scheduled.

Thomas was amazing,history of Belfast and how the Troubles could have been avoided. He stopped at a pharmacy so I could get some cold meds . Asked if we are going to Crown Liquor Saloon he said we could, ran into people we just met that were having a beer told them we had a driver waiting ,we mentioned it to Thomas he said”If that’s what you want to do I can wait”…so we did …Iasked if he could drop us off at the bus pickup instead of hotel where we met him…said I’ll take you back to your cruise ship…top notch guy

Thomas was a veritable wealth of information. He provided an excellent historical overview of the city. The mural exposure was exceptional. We got a thorough look at the city of Belfast and an understanding of the development of the Troubles over history and the way they still reverberate through the activities in the city today. Thomas helped us find activities we wanted to pursue after our tour. He was personable, helpful and we couldn’t be happier with how much we enjoyed this tour.
