Dolmabahçe is het grootste paleis van Turkije. Het heeft een oppervlakte van 45.000 m2 en bevat 285 kamers, 46 zalen, zes hamams en 68 toiletten. Het ontwerp bevat eclectische elementen uit de barok, rococo en neoklassieke stijlen, vermengd met traditionele Ottomaanse architectuur om een nieuwe synthese te creëren.
Üsküdar (Turkse uitspraak :[ysˈcydaɾ]) is een gemeente en district van de provincie Istanboel, Turkije. De oppervlakte bedraagt 35 km2 en de bevolking 524.452 (2022). Het is een groot en dichtbevolkt district aan de Anatolische (Aziatische) oever van de Bosporus.
De Blauwe Moskee werd gebouwd tussen 1609 en 1616 in wat toen het centrum van Istanbul was. De positie tegenover de Hagia Sophia suggereert dat Ahmed I van plan was de moskee te wedijveren met de glorie van de voormalige katheral. De architect van de moskee, Sedefkar Mehmed Ağa, is verantwoordelijk voor de perfecte verhoudingen van de structuur.
Het was vroeger een kerk (360–1453) en een museum (1935–2020). Het was de laatste van drie kerkgebouwen die achtereenvolgens door het Oost-Romeinse Rijk op de site werden gebouwd. Het werd voltooid in 537 na Christus en werd daarmee 's werelds grootste binnenruimte en een van de eerste die een volledig hangende koepel gebruikte.

Everything was organized at the highest level. We were picked up from the hotel on time, and we had a delicious dinner and a great entertainment program on the ship. The view of Istanbul at night was amazing.

This cruise exceeded our expectations. We were picked up directly from our hotel,The boat was clean and spacious, and we had a lovely table by the window.The performances were fantastic traditional Turkish dances,belly dance show. The dancers were professional and really made the night fun. The staff were polite and attentive throughout dinner service.Sailing between Europe and Asia while enjoying music was something special.
