The guide jacob was good, but the quality and selection of food was mediocre. Rather than go to a shop to taste packaged cookies I would’ve preferred going to a bakery and had fresh cookies. The other two restaurants were just average quality. There are much better places to taste food in sienna
Alexandria was very welcoming and clearly has a passion for the food and wine of Tuscany. Our tour consisted of visits to three local shops and deli’s where we were given the background history to the samples of local produce. A clear and simple tour for those wishing to get some quick information of Siena.
Alexandra was amazing and taught us so much about Siena and its famous horse racing culture. The gelato was also amazing. Thank you for taking care of us!

We had a great food tour experience in Siena! Alex was our guide. In addition to knowing the food of the city, she also had extensive knowledge of the greater wine region that came in especially useful when we were selecting a bottle to bring home with us at the end of our tour. We had some “off menu” dishes that ended up being some of the best flavors of our trip. We toured other medieval cities on our own but the experience was less rich without someone guiding our path (and food). I highly recommend booking this tour when in Siena! Enjoy! Ciao!
Alexandra was such a knowledgeable and fun tour guide. The food tour of Siena was perfect from start to finish. Her understanding of the food culture and Tuscan wines was impressive. We learned so much and also had such a fun time. I would recommend this tour with Alexandra to anyone who wants to learn more about Tuscan wines and local food. This tour was awesome! We traveled with friends (two couples) and the tour was us and one other person who became a fast friend! Our guide Jacapo was wonderful! He was local and knew all about local history and traditions. The food and wine was plentiful! In addition, the tour included lots of educational pieces about the food and wine of Siena! He also sent photos and other recommendations the next morning. Don’t hesitate to book this-so good! Great way to see and taste the history of Siena!
