Siem Reap Platteland Begeleide Tour met Fiets en E-Bike Privétour

Ontsnap aan het toeristische pad voor een schilderachtig verblijf op het Cambodjaanse platteland tijdens deze gemakkelijke 4,5 uur durende fietsexcursie vanuit Siem Reap. Slinger je een weg over onverharde paden en verborgen paden op een circuit van 30 km door landelijke dorpen, rijstvelden en suikerplantages. Stop onderweg om de lokale bevolking te ontmoeten, proef typische Cambodjaanse snacks en observeer traditioneel vakmanschap zoals mandenweven. Deze tour met kleine groepen is beperkt tot 10 personen voor een persoonlijke ervaring.

Ontmoet je Expert Gids bij Gingold coffee Sivutha Boulevard, Siem Reap om 7u45. Neem een camera, zonnebril, zonnebrandcrème en comfortabele fietskleding mee.
Duik het platteland in. Na een veiligheidsbriefing fietsen we naar de buitenwijken van het Angkor Archeological Park terwijl we ons een weg banen naar het platteland om een manier van leven te ervaren die door de eeuwen heen weinig is veranderd.
Na een rit van 10 km over kleine paadjes en achterafstraatjes, begeven we ons naar een lokale manden-/rotanwever. Leer meer over dit eeuwenoude ambacht, bekijk de meester en probeer het zelf.
Vervolgens stappen we weer op de fiets voor een korte rit terwijl we naar een dorpshuis fietsen om te ontspannen en te genieten van wat snacks. Deze halte biedt een geweldige kans om het dagelijkse leven op het platteland uit de eerste hand te ervaren. Hoewel bouwtechnieken in de loop der jaren zijn veranderd, blijven de leidende principes achter hun ontwerp hetzelfde en weerspiegelen ze de levensstijl en uitdagingen van het leven op het platteland.
Zie een andere kant van Siem Reap door over de rustige landweggetjes te fietsen om het traditionele dorpsleven te ervaren, smakelijke hapjes te ontdekken en onderweg in contact te komen met de echte lokale bevolking. De activiteiten variëren per seizoen.
Vervolgens gaan we naar de West Baray, een kunstmatig meer dat dateert uit de Angkoriaanse tijd. Hier rijden we langs de oevers en kijken hoe vissers hun dag doorbrengen terwijl vogels vredig boven hen vliegen.

Certainly a family highlight! Sin was an amazing guide who taught us a lot about Cambodia and its culture. The riding was amazing too getting off the man roads seeing Cambodians in their regular daily life.

Our guide Hang greeted us with a smile and a coffee, explaining us what to do and where we would go. Then 30 km of Great fun with a local who explained everything we wanted to know and obviously enjoys what he’s doing! We were only with the two of us which made it a luxurious private tour! The Local market was an insight in the real daily life of the people living here. Thank you for your time

We had an amazing tour with Muen Tuy. A highlight of the experience was Muen taking us to the local market and showing us some different Cambodian snacks. Muen, my guide was very informative and keep things interesting. He lets me interact with the locals through food, activities and nature. Patient with me as I was biking quite slower than him. I really recommend him if you want to experience a different side of Siem Reap never seen by foreigners.

My guide Bunvath did a great job. He is friendly, knows nature, farming and great places to stop. It rained for most of the trip but he showed me everything. The bonus was because of the rain the bullfrogs were really loud. An amazing nature experience. The snacks he provided should be in the hotels, really tasty and different.
