In tegenstelling tot een standaard spabezoek biedt deze ervaring de mogelijkheid om de authentieke traditie van een Turkse hamam te ontdekken terwijl u geniet van een ontspannen wellnessprogramma. Je reis omvat een traditionele kese bodyscrub, een rijke schuimmassage, een aromatherapie oliemassage en een verfrissend gezichtsmasker. Elke behandeling is ontworpen om u te helpen ontspannen, verfrist en gerevitaliseerd te voelen. A very beautiful, clean hamam. The staff was super friendly, and one simply felt comfortable. Everything from the sauna to the massage was simply great. Thank you once again, and we will definitely come back. And one more thing… They did not try to sell us any treatments in an intrusive manner, as is often the case, but simply asked briefly, and that was all. As I said, I or rather we (there were three of us there) can only recommend it further.

Super satisfied! The hammam is a bit older, but everything fits well. The wash was pleasant and thorough, and the massage was one of the best I have ever had in Side. I will definitely come back to you, thank you.

Definitely not luxury. When we arrived, the steam room wasn’t even switched on and smelt strongly of sweat. We had to ask staff to turn it on ourselves, which wasn’t a great start to what was supposed to be a luxury experience. The overall atmosphere felt quite uncomfortable as the staff carrying out the hammam and massage seemed quite miserable and disengaged. The massage itself was only around 25 minutes and, personally, I didn’t feel it was very good quality as there wasn’t much pressure or strength during it. We’ve been to plenty of hammams before, so we do have something to compare this to, and this experience fell well below expectations. Throughout the visit, there was also pressure to upsell additional treatments, when honestly we just wanted to leave. We didn’t complain at the time because there was only one staff member who spoke English well and, after the disappointing experience, we just wanted to get out of there. Really disappointing overall and definitely not what we’d describe as a “luxury VIP” experience.

According to our records, you received approximately 25 minutes of massage treatment. Regarding the massage pressure, our therapists are trained to apply a safe and moderate level of pressure suitable for most guests, as excessive pressure may cause discomfort or physical irritation for some individuals. However, we understand that massage preferences can vary from person to person. Regarding the smell you mentioned, the spa facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day, and cleaning products may occasionally leave a noticeable scent. We also regret any inconvenience concerning the steam room and have shared your comments with the spa management team for review. We would also like to clarify that our team includes guides and staff members who can assist guests in English, German, and French. Had any concerns been raised during the visit, we would have been happy to assist and help resolve them immediately. Thank you again for your feedback. I was in Turkey this year with my mother. We booked the wonderful hamam. It was a top experience. We were picked up and taken there on time without any problems. It was very clean, with very nice and attentive staff. Pure relaxation. We would definitely book it again.
