The communication from the team was great and pickup was prompt as they kept us informed on the exact time. The driver Jon was very helpful as my daughter was sick and he was considerate and checked on her. The tour was as described and structured although very long day. Without the your guide and the driver this trip would have been a nightmare with kids. The guide was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this tour. Weather wasn't great but the trip happened as per the itinerary including lunch. They did have regular stops for personal needs and breakfast. Pamukkale and hearopolis were must see for any history enthusiast. Just find a sunny weather to visit this place.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
The lakes were spectacular ! They don't tell you when you book that the cleopatra lakes are closed and have been for several months...so no swimming! It's a really long drive roughly 6-7 hrs each way although there are a couple f rest breaks
Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this tour operator. I had booked and paid for a tour on April 27th, scheduled for pick-up at 4 am on April 28th. Later that day, without my knowledge, the operator supposedly sent a message via TripAdvisor changing the pick-up time to 3:15 am. It was my birthday, and I was out celebrating, so I didn't see the message. To my shock, a driver showed up at 3 am on the 28th. The front desk called my villa to inform us of the early pick-up. We rushed to get ready and hurried to meet the driver, yet when we arrived at 3:25 am, we were already left behind. We contacted the tour operator, but they refused to send the driver back or issue a refund. TripAdvisor also declined to refund me, citing the same message from the operator. The whole situation felt like a scam, as they had to know I wasn't aware of the change. This left us confused, stranded, and disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering this tour operator to look elsewhere, as their lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility ruined our plans. I give this experience a 1-star rating, and even that feels generous. Avoid this operator if you value your money and peace of mind.
Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and understand how upsetting this situation must have been, especially on a special day like your birthday. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that all operational procedures on our side were fully completed as required. The pick-up time adjustment was communicated via the TripAdvisor messaging system as soon as the change became necessary, and it is standard practice in our industry to update guests in this manner, especially when unexpected operational or logistical adjustments arise. Due to the hotel's specific location and the timing of the tour, occasional changes in pick-up times are sometimes inevitable to ensure the overall smooth operation of the tour and coordination with other participants. We sincerely regret that you were unable to see the updated message in time. Nevertheless, we made every effort to proceed according to the updated schedule. As stated in our communication policies, it is important for guests to monitor messages close to their tour time, particularly for early morning departures. While we understand your frustration, we respectfully cannot accept responsibility for the missed tour in this case, as the updated instructions were duly provided and the schedule was adhered to accordingly. Once again, we are truly sorry for the experience you had, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Kind regards,
My partner and I went on a day trip from Side to Pamukkale in April 2025 and it was one of the most memorable parts of our holiday in Turkey. It’s quite a long journey (around four hours each way), there were regular stops for rest breaks, so the time passed quickly. The views along the way were also magnificent, giving us a glimpse of the Turkish countryside. Pamukkale itself was absolutely stunning. The white travertine terraces were unlike anything we’d seen before truly breathtaking. Walking barefoot through the warm, mineral-rich pools was a unique experience, and we loved every minute of it. The Cleopatra’s Pool was under renovation so we weren't able to visit this site. Walking in the thermal water is something we won’t forget anytime soon. We also explored the ruins of Hierapolis, right next to the terraces. The amphitheatre was particularly impressive, and it was fascinating to learn a bit about the ancient city while taking in the views. Bring a towel and wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off as you’ll need to go barefoot on the terraces. Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and water it can get quite hot. Overall it was a well organised and thoroughly enjoyable day. If you're staying in Side and have the chance, definitely make time for Pamukkale and it’s well worth the journey. Eric the tour operator confirmed our booking on WhatsApp with all the itinerary details. I would highly recommend visiting Pamukkale if you are visiting Turkey.

The experience of Pamukkale and the site itself was lovely however the transit day was extremely uncomfortable as well as slightly dangerous. Our private transport picked us up from our hotel at 2:50 am and I have to say I feared for my life in the vehicle as the driver was driving extremely fast and dangerous. There was also another party on the transport who also felt the same, when we were looking for safety i.e. seatbelts they were not accessible which also made me even more fearful. After that initial drive we were then transferred onto another bus/vehicle which was extremely cramped and did not provide the best legroom. on our journey back as mentioned in the description of what is included with that the vehicle had full AC, but that was not the experience, the vehicle was very humid and there was quite a few of us on the vehicle. The return drive from Pamukkale was okay, there was a few moments where The driver was driving fast. We were was also charged 1300 Turkish lira for entry into the site which I feel should be included in the description of the tour specifically the price and also accessibility to using a card reader as sometimes someone who is a tourist doesn’t necessarily feel comfortable carrying cash. I Was also slightly disappointed that the Cleopatra thermal baths was closed for renovations and we were only told on the tour by the guide which I wish was disclosed to us beforehand as that was something I was looking forward to experiencing. Overall Pamukkale was lovely but I definitely feel that the tour needs some improvement.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of Pamukkale, and we truly appreciate your honest insights regarding your experience. Regarding the entrance fee, we would like to kindly clarify that the Pamukkale site entry is not included in the tour price, and this information is stated in the tour description. Still, we understand that clearer communication is always helpful and we will review how we present this detail. In terms of transportation, please note that each guest is provided with their own individual seat and we ensure that our vehicles comply with capacity and safety standards. We regret that you felt discomfort, and we will share your comments with our transportation team for further improvement. As for the Cleopatra Pool, we were also eagerly awaiting its reopening on the planned date. Unfortunately, its extended closure due to renovations was out of our control, and we understand your disappointment. We will continue to provide the most up-to-date information to our guests going forward. Once again, thank you for your suggestions and for choosing to travel with us. Your feedback is very valuable and will help us enhance the overall experience for our future guests. Best regards,
I am very satisfied with the tour. A taxi picked us up from Manavgat, which is approximately an hour from Antalya, and then transferred us to a minibus. From there, we drove to Pamukkale. We were astounded by the white, stone-terraced formations and also the historical, ancient theater. We also visited Cleopatra Pool. Overall, we had a wonderful day, and I highly recommend this tour. However, I suggest that the duration of the visit should be extended from three hours to four hours to allow for more time to explore the area.
Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon.
Eric handled our booking really well, he let us know the exact time we were getting picked up and told me what to do with regards to tickets which was helpful seen as it was an early start. The driver was also very good, going above and beyond to get us home.
Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon.
Great experience. Transfers were comfortable and high-end. The sunrise balloon was stunning and a very good price. Some amazing photos from the flight. Only slight downside was the Onyx museum we were taken to which did not really have much of a tour/was mostly just to buy their products but this was fine considering the great value of the trip. Included buffet lunch was also great. Pammukale is a lovely spot and the Cleopatra bath’s are also a very nice temperature and the ruins that you swim above are a spectacle in and of themselves.
Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon.
Everything was good, our guide was very helpful and nice, thanks for the opportunity to see the great pamukkale🥰 . I love it
