Great service. Picks you up at your hotel (even if not on the list shown) and drops you at your hotel in San Jose. They also WhatsApp you after booking. One 20 minute stop on-route. Friendly and helpful driver with good driving skills. Mini bus comfortable. Takes 10 people.
Excellent Driver. The driver got us here safely. He communicated very well. The a/c and wifi in the van was very nice.
The driver was early and they made sure i reached my flight on time when i was about to miss it!!10/10
The ride was primarily uncomfortable due to them booking to capacity, leaving minimal space for leg room, especially if you have a backpack or any other personal items. It was also a 6+ hour ride in this discomfort. Things to consider.
HI there, Sorry to hear of your experience. This is the high season and we can fill up to 10 passengers in the van. And yes, with traffic in can be 6 hours or more sometimes for the trip depending on road conditions and traffic. We hope the remainder of your trip goes well. Thank you for the review.
I liked this better than the public transportation. It is a couple more bucks, but I think it’s worth it. The driver was on time and picked up the other passengers and we headed out at a decent time. We stopped to use the bathroom and eat if we wanted and swapped drivers. Even though there was traffic, we got to our destination at a great time. The bus had ac and wifi. This is great for people wanting to travel solo or with a group at a reasonable price.

Easy transfer to San Jose - on time and easy way to get there. Dropped us off at our hotel. There is a stop along the way so you get a chance to use a bathroom and purchase food for breakfast.
