Excellent service; a shuttle came to pick us up directly at our hotel in Monteverde (on time), took us to the boat to cross the lake (45 minutes), and then another shuttle was waiting for us on the other side! Great service from the three drivers (the boat driver even stopped to show us crocodiles, monkeys, and birds!). I recommend it!

Great value for door to door transportation from Monteverde to Arenal. And the views were nice.
Although this was transportation, it actually felt like a tour as the views were spectacular. The boat journey across the lake was awesome. I booked through Tripadvisor for what I felt was a very reasonable cost. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned and we had as very safe journey.
Nice smooth ride, clean cars. Boat is small compared to many others out on the lake but it didnt bother us. Beautiful scenery both along the car ride from MV to the boat dock and during boat ride.

The trip was a bit heavy but it was fine, the view of the lake towards the volcano is great. We took the transport from Monteverde to Fortuna and it was our turn to go alone but still enjoyed.
