Tijd om opgewonden sensatiezoekers te worden : U kunt een adrenaline-aangedreven duik nemen op de Shotover Canyon Swing, 's werelds eerste commerciële canyonschommel. Een innovatief springsysteem dat is uitgerust met kabels en touwen voor een adembenemende vrije val over de rivier. Zowel beginnende springers als doorgewinterde waaghalzen zullen genieten van de ervaring, die je solo of in tandem met een vriend kunt doen. Uw professionele Gids zorgt voor uw veiligheid en biedt aanmoediging gedurende uw tijd bij de Shotover River.

- Werkt in alle weersomstandigheden, kleed je gepast en draag comfortabele schoenen met gesloten neus
- Verplichte Swing shuttle vanuit het centrum van Queenstown, vertrekkend vanaf de Shotover Canyon Swing Shop (34 Shotover Street). Gelieve 15 minuten voor vertrek in te checken. Arthurs Point pick-up is beschikbaar indien vooraf geregeld voor de dag van uw reis, contact opnemen met onze Res Team om te regelen.

My 15 year old son wanted to do this so I reluctantly said I would go - trying to be a cool mom. Wow, it was amazing. I think I had as much fun as he did! The guides were excellent - very fun but safety conscious. I only wish I had done the walk off the platform or the one where they cut the line slowly. I did the "classic' - which was excellent but having only one jump (we didn't have time for people to do two), I should have done a three underwear jump off the bat!

It was fab, outrageously fun and I recommend to thrill seekers to get out of comfort zone and jump. Staff are so friendly, welcoming . Awesome exp
My goodness, now I am not scared of heights by any means and I wasn't scared while Rob was cutting the rope but holey moley during the free fall I think that's the most terrified I have ever been. For a split second I genuinely thought I was going to meet my demise and I was ready for that- at least it would be quick. But the swing at the end was 100% worth it. The scenery was spectacular. Rob and Michael/Mike (sorry dont know if it was Michael or Mike) were super friendly and put us both at ease. They were comforting and professional when they needed to be but also super funny, friendly and kind. It was such a great atmosphere and everyone was super super supportive. 1000% reccommend and will definitely be doing it again (maybe in the winter) Our souvenir rope we got to keep is called Ropert Michropael after our guides.

The Shotover Canyon Swing is a MUST DO adventure activity in Queenstown. With friendly and professional staff, a range of jump styles to suit all comfort levels (The Chair is terrifying!), and unbeatable views of the breathtaking Shotover Canyon, it's a 5-star experience.
So much fun. I was really nervous about the jump but as soon as I did it I was filled with adrenaline and loved it. So much so I did it again, but that time jumped backwards. Little tip. If you do your second jump naked you get it free! But blokes if you’re trying to impress anyone just remember it’s cold haha. Staff are funny and supportive. Make you feel very relaxed.
The views were amazing and the staff were so nice and cheery, it looks scary but it was such an adrenaline rush!!
The staff were friendly and accommodating which feels so easy for me to ask or talk about the canyon swing or even my whole Queenstown experience.
The energy and friendliness of the staff were exactly what I needed to get thru this insane experience. I felt safe from the moment I got the rig on til I was back on the platform. The transition from free fall to swinging on the rope was surprisingly seamless. I felt no jerkiness whatsoever. Can’t wait to do it again.
my 5th time doing Canon Swing with a group and it just gets better every time! I thought i wasnt scared anymore until it got to my turn, then the team really knew how to look after me! perfect about of safety and reassuring, mixed with the classic canyon swing good time banter!
