Shenzhen Tech Tour : Verken de toekomst

I took the Tour on short notice and did not regret it! The Tour guide, James, directly contacted me via WhatsApp with all Infos. Then the next day, he welcomed me and after a short chat started the Tour. He spoke english very well, so we had a nice conversation and he showed me all around. We did drone-ordering, Robo-Ice, Robo-Taxi and visited the Most important tech- and auto-shops around. Thank you, very well done James!

My guide was an enthusiastic young man who had all the time. I went out with him for about 5 hours, including coffee brought by a drone and a taxi ride in a self-driving car. Fantastic experience. I can recommend this guide (Frank) to everyone

The Shenzhen tech tour was very enjoyable and informative. The robotaxi and drone delivery was especially fascinating to me, but it all interesting. Our guide Harvey was fluent in both English and Chinese so he was able to communicate well with my Chinese speaking wife and with me in English. He was very knowledgeable of the area. I highly recommend this tour and if you get Harvey for your guide, that is an added bonus.

The tour was very well pla Ned and carried out. We were shown the necessary tech stuff and the guide Loria kept our interest at a high level. She was very efficient and friendly. She is one of the best guides we have had over our years of touring.

We were in awe of the advanced tech in Shenzhen, and a glimpse of what the future will look like.

As a foreigner who doesn’t speak Chinese and was visiting China for the first time, this tour truly opened my eyes to the incredible innovation and technology happening in Shenzhen—far beyond what I had expected. The tour operator, Yifu, was incredibly responsive to my messages on TripAdvisor, which made everything easy from the beginning. And our guide, Harvey, was fantastic—polite, positive, professional, punctual, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the experience enjoyable, informative, and seamless. If you’re curious about Shenzhen and want to see a side of the city that you might not experience on your own, do it—you won’t regret it! 10/10 — highly recommended! 🇨🇳🚀

Booked this tour last minute for my party of 3. My 16 and 11 y olds and me. We thought to make our way around independently but the intense heat and some friction with apps meant this is a no- brainer to do if your stay in Shenzen is short like us, or even if you just want someone else to take care of the details. Riley took the time to talk to my kids about their interests and customised the tour stops based on this. We enjoyed visiting the innovation center and trying out exoskeletons and various other tech. Loved the drone delivery and the amazing EVs at Xiaomi. Riley is friendly, professional and speaks great English. No question too big or too small. We did the 3hr tour which was perfect length given the heat and included multiple spots in AC and resting in the shade. Definitely book with Riley.
