Een bezoek aan de Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is een must als u U.A.E. bezoekt. De moskee is een architectonisch meesterwerk gecreëerd door ambachtslieden uit de hele wereld met behulp van goud, marmer en halfedelstenen. Het is de grootste moskee in de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten, een van de grootste in de wereld. Het kan tot 40.000 aanbidders tegelijkertijd vasthouden. Dit is echt een van de meest verbluffende locaties om te zien in de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten (gelegen in de hoofdstad van de VAE, City Called Abu Dhabi) De moskee is vernoemd naar Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, de eerste president van de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten en de oprichter van de moskee. Hij ligt hier begraven in het mausoleum op het terrein.

The views and the architecture of the building was amazing and very detailed. It was huge and a lot of walking,
Great atmosphere. Everyone was nice and respectful. Plenty of time to walk through the mosque and even a couple of stores in the mall.
The Mosque was beautiful and the tour guide was amazing. The only issue is that the mosque tour was shortened since the last time I was in the Dubai. Expected more views.

They never showed up! we ended up driving ourselfs after 50 min waiting in front of the hotel when we called them they said they left dubai already and forgot us.
