Aangekomen in Linhai stad, zullen we eerst onze energie bijvullen. Volgende Onze gids neemt je mee op een rondleiding door de tuin in Chinese stijl. Donghu Garden, gelegen in Linhai, Taizhou, is een prachtige bestemming die bekend staat om zijn serene meren en schilderachtige landschappen. De tuin beschikt over een verscheidenheid aan bloemenpracht, weelderig groen en traditionele Chinese architectuur. Vervolg uw weg naar het Great Wall Scenic Area om uw verkenningstocht te beginnen. De Linhai Grote Muur, ook bekend als de “Zuidelijke Grote Muur” of Jiangnan Grote Muur, werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd tijdens de Jin-dynastie (317-420 n.Chr.). De ontwerper van de Linhai Great Wall is dezelfde persoon die de beroemde Badaling Great Wall in Beijing ontwierp. Oorspronkelijk strekte de muur zich uit over een lengte van 6.000 meter (19.685 voet), en vandaag de dag zijn er nog 5.000 meter (16.400 voet) aan beloopbare paden over. In 2-3 uur kun je comfortabel over de hele lengte van de muur lopen, waarbij je jezelf onderdompelt in de historische omgeving terwijl je vriendelijke gids fascinerende verhalen vertelt over de lokale geschiedenis en cultuur.
Vervolgens verkennen we Ziyang Old Street in de oude stad. Ziyang Old Street is een historische wijk van de stad, met talloze winkels en gerestaureerde gebouwen die de originele architectonische stijl van de oude stad laten zien. Dit gebied was enkele jaren geleden ook de locatie voor een Chinees Nieuwjaarsgala. De straat is vrij lang en biedt een verscheidenheid aan lokale speciale cadeaus en etenswaren, waardoor je 1-2 uur kunt doorbrengen met het rondslenteren door de diverse winkels.
Na de prachtige excursie neemt u de retour-bullet-trein terug naar Shanghai met uw gids, waarbij u op uw verzoek gemakkelijk wordt afgezet bij uw hotel in Shanghai of een ander centrum in de binnenstad.

We had a great time!! Summer was very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the small town of Linhai, a the place she took us for lunch was delicious
Because we had a guide so to a ourselves, we were able tailor the trip to our level of fitness. Our guide, Miao, was very attentive and informative. Everytime we went on to the next activity, a car was waiting for us. She is a very good guide and we would happily recommend her to others.
Excellent experience, very well communicated transfers. Taken care of every step of the way. Miao was an excellent guide very knowledgeable and took good care of us, providing water and umbrellas (it was 38c!) . Also had the best food we have had on our trip to China as part of the trip! Highly recommended
We had a great time during our tour to the Southern Great Wall. The experience was amazing and every detail was very well coordinated. Emma (our tour guide) was very kind and helpful. She communicated days in advance the details of the itinerary. She took us to have the most delicious Chinese food we tried during our trip. She was the best ! The transportation was also excellent, private, clean, punctual and everybody very very nice … we had an amazing experience!

Emma our tour guide was right on time and incredibly friendly and accommodating. She asked us our preferences the day before ans made aure the experience was tailored just for us. We learned so much history and felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The secret garden.....was a treasure excellent lunch spot. Well done Emma.....we had a fantastic time
We had an amazing experience on the Southern Great Wall Day Trip by Bullet Train. The service was excellent from the very beginning. They even arranged to pick us up from our hotel, even though it was outside their usual pickup area. Once we arrived at the subway station, we met our tour guide, Summer, who made the entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. She was absolutely fantastic. Even though we visited on an extremely hot day, she kept a big smile on her face the whole time, answered every question we had, and made sure everyone was comfortable. Because of the heat, we spent a bit longer hiking on the wall than originally planned, but she adjusted the schedule without any issues. Everything was organised in advance, so entering the Great Wall was quick and effortless. Summer had already taken care of all the tickets and arrangements, which meant we didn't have to wait in any lines. The area was also pleasantly uncrowded, making the experience even more enjoyable. After our walk on the Great Wall, we had lunch at a wonderful Chinese restaurant. Summer helped us order traditional local dishes, which made the experience even more authentic and memorable. On the way back, our bullet train was delayed, so the journey took longer than expected. Despite that, Summer remained cheerful, professional, and enthusiastic until the very end. Although the tour was a bit pricey for us because we were a group of five people, we truly believe it was worth the money. The organisation, convenience, and excellent service we received made the experience very valuable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai. It was incredibly well organised, and thanks to Summer, it became one of the highlights of our trip. It was absolutely worth it!
Our experience was amazing, we learnt so much about the history behind the great wall and had an amazing day all around. With the help of our awesome tour guide, Miao, who made the experience much more interesting, fun and easier to truly understand all the history and facts behind the great wall of china. She made sure we stayed hydrated, safe, and had fun the whole way!
We had a fantastic fun day tour to the Southern Great Wall and East Lakes from Shanghai on the bullet train with Emma our tour guide, a wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful young lady who was an absolute joy to trek along the wall with, Emma talked us through what we could expect from the day,helped us transition through the train station, once at the wall we set off and Emma gave a wonderful history lesson about the wall, the army that protected it, explained the temple with in the wall and about the Seeker deer, all In all we totally enjoyed our day tour with Emma and thoroughly recommend it is a must do experience. Thank you Emma for your encouragement helping us navigate all the steps and being patient when we were slow, appreciated, keep smiling and take care 😁
