Onze Limo-Bus, "Ally" biedt comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 9 reizigers met volledige bagage. Het heeft een ruime binnenruimte met een binnenhoogte van 1,5 m, waardoor het in- en uitstappen van de bus gemakkelijker wordt. Bovendien is "Ally" achteraf uitgerust met comfortabele VIP-stoelen en filmentertainment aan boord met surround sound-systeem dat zich in een gezellige ambiance afspeelt. Bij het aan boord gaan van "Ally" zal het een geweldige verbetering zijn voor uw vakantie-ervaring.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Bij aankomst moet u eerst de immigratiedienst doorlopen en vervolgens uw bagage ophalen. Nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, begeeft u zich naar de uitgangsdeur van de transitzone. Bij aankomst nemen we contact met u op via WhatsApp voor de exacte locatie waar we ons kunnen ontmoeten. Zorg er daarom voor dat u ons een geldig telefoonnummer heeft verstrekt, zodat wij contact met u kunnen opnemen wanneer u aankomt. Op elk zeldzaam moment dat u ons niet kunt bereiken op WhatsApp of als u geen toegang hebt tot een telefoongesprek, kunt u naar de informatiebalie gaan en ons bellen. Bedankt en we kijken ernaar uit u en uw reisgenoten snel weer te zien. :)

picked up from the airport by the Ami and Rui, and the service was top-notch. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and kept in constant communication with us. They even updated us on where to collect our luggage before we received the airline's official update! Beyond the smooth ride, they gave us wonderful local recommendations for Singapore. We immediately booked them for our next hotel transfer and for our ride back to the airport. Absolutely 10/10 service!
Best transfer service I’ve ever booked. Amy and Alan was very thorough in communication. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Alan gave us so much information about Singapore and gave us each a family souvenir picture. Amy even took us into the airport and helped with our luggages. I would definitely booked them again.
An excellent transfer service by Alan and Amy. We travelled to Singapore from the UK and arranged pickup and transfer to a hotel in the centre. All communication was very clear and efficient and the whole service was delivered with a smile and helpful advice. Throughly recommend Rui, in fact I am as I write also arranging my next pick up. On time On price Informative and engaging family oriented couple. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service. Amy's administration skills shone with up to the minute information and both Alan and Amy's interaction with our young family from Vietnam on their first overseas visit was wonderful. Amy's skills were put to the test when I had a difficult transaction to make, her patience and understanding was really appreciated. We also used their service to visit several attractions and Amy provided all the attraction details we needed to navigate our way around the venues. Amy and Alan were fantastic ..our family arrived on 2 different flights and they kept in contact the whole time so we found them easily and didn’t have to go too far to their very comfortable coach to take us to our hotel. They had a lovely gesture of taking a photo of us all which was printed out and given to us when they collected us 6 days later to go home..a picture for each of us which was a lovely touch. They were friendly and Alan gave us some great tips on the drive to the hotel of where to go ..Amy followed up with a message of interesting things to do and places to eat etc I would highly recommend their service and the price was reasonable for the 6 of us travelling. I would definitely use their service again
Fantastic service from the moment we booked. The communications was outstanding and kept us informed all the way. Alan our driver met us on both occasions and was very friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and in the right place at the right time. A must use service!

Driver with our name on his sign was waiting as we exited customs (I was not expecting this) grandkids got so excited when they saw it. Driver very friendly, answered questions and gave a running history of Singapore as we drove to the hotel. Sent us some ideas for our stay by sms which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this service.
