Absolutely loved this place! The view alone is worth the visit, stunning, especially at sunset. The atmosphere is relaxed but stylish, and the drinks are genuinely excellent. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the presentation and the flavors. Perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a great cocktail, and take in the scenery. Will definitely be coming back

Viewing ,atmosphere ,ambience was spectacular. Food was extremely good. Our waitress was snippy and condescending. The service was mediocre they overbooked so the staff was overwhelmed and not attentive. Even though we adhered to the dress code clearly outlined and stated what you could and could not wear,they let people in wearing shorts, flip-flops, t-shirts with various logos and slogans. So we found that disturbing considering we were paying $600 for high tea. PS the bathrooms had the best view!

Do not book through here, a complete rip off... They have completely lied regarding their pricing.. Book direct much cheaper and catch local taxi's to and from venue... When i mentioned the price difference they didn't want to assist or offer a partial refund...

We couldn't go because of my health, I do hemodialysis I paid almost 400 euros per ticket and I went bad I had to go to a Processing at the time of the reservation. The site contacted me I sent a photo from inside the clinic connected to the machine proving that I could not go for health reasons and I was not refunded and could not remarket for another day. I found it absurd since I got 4 hours incommunicable in the clinic and I could only answer the 15 hours being my reservation was for 12:30. In summary I lost almost 800 euros and the answer is that I did not warn you , and there was a proven medical emergency I offered documents from the clinic to prove and the answer was that they could not give a refund or resume . Never again buy or indicate this site, their customer support and bad! Zero understanding of the situation and zero empathy with the customer!

Transfer company driver had trouble finding correct entry. Just as well, we arrived a little early. But restaurant opening time was half hour later than we were given. Tour details said a main course was included (and was shown on the menu for the high tea) but we were told that would be extra cost. Staff friendly and helpful. Servings small but delicious and did fill us up! Had window seat for good views but glass dirty and air pollution quite noticeable even at 1.00pm.

I wish there could be a photo place set for taking pictures only that clearly marked with atmosphere restaurant on burg khalifa , I found the prints were either small on the entry side and some on window side , the stair case is lovely and amazing for pictures but no post to show you are actually at atmosphere restaurant in burg khalifa , it’s an amazing experience overall just wish I could have evidenced pictures to show I was there, the restaurant is beautiful overall and great service many thanks

Bad place. Stay away from me! He waited 3 pizzas and a toast for over an hour at the table and all 4 poor quality dishes. It was still not enough I had to wait another half an hour to get released there receipt at checkout because the system had "Locked"!
