We opted for this to provide an ease of travel for our 84 year old grandmother and our experience was great! Our driver Daniel was so kind, so polite - helping load and unload the bags, opening car doors. He took us to a great local place to have lunch at in Evora. He was a great driver, always felt very safe - communicated with the agency often. Communication all around was great using WhatsApp.
Fernando was excellent. Attentive and humorous. I wish him all the best and the world could do with more people like him. The drive and conversation were great.
Daniel provided the most incredible experience for us! He met us at our location north of Lisbon and provided a friendly, safe, and informative transfer to Seville. We really enjoyed getting to know him, hearing about life in Spain, and even met a 20-year old cat on a quick stop on our way. He dropped us off for lunch in Evora, provided a great recommendation, and we all cheered as we entered Spain for our first time. A truly unforgettable experience and the best way to transfer!
Good driver… terrible car, no AC made the trip really unpleasant and uncomfortable. Not Good presentation as a private transfer company.
I am very sorry Hugo if you were uncomfortable on this trip. This is certainly not a service that we use to arrange. I'd like to clarify that all our cars have well functioning AC. We live in warm climate and without AC life would not be possible. The main issue is that you had too many pieces of luggage and had already difficulties with other transfer companies too. If you check the tour page you can see the exact luggage capacity. On a last minute basis, you asked us to arrange a larger van to accommodate your luggage and we tried our best to adapt to it changing cars. I explained that for your luggage you might need a minibus with a different price. To avoid the extra costs mutually we decided to take the van but you had too many suitcases and put your luggage in the front seats. This is illegal and you could have missed your entire transfer if we did not show flexibility with that. Having an overloaded car with luggage in the front might have caused that the passengers in the back seats didn't get enough air. From what I know, there were only those people sitting in the back seats who felt warm and not the entire car. We also offered a partial refund as an apology but you asked for a full refund which obviously is not fair. I hope you take this into consideration on your future travels and are more realistic about what can be done and not. I am sorry if this time your trip was not as enjoyable as it usually is.
This service was the perfect way to get from Seville to Lisbon. Not cheap, but the driver was prompt, professional, solicitous about our comfort, and cheerful. He couldn’t speak much English and we couldn’t speak much Spanish, but he came equipped with a phone app that did instant translation when he needed to inform us of anything, which worked great—and he was pretty adept at deciphering my bumbling attempts in Spanish. The company’s representative did a great job communicating before the trip to arrange our pickup and help set up the Evora stop on the way. Trustworthy and professional!
WONDERFUL service! When our flight got canceled, Not Just a Tourist came to our rescue to get us from Seville to Lisbon. Found through a Google search, I was relieved to get an actual person on the phone to answer all of our questions. Masha was very responsive, reassuring, and made the process easy. The car was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly. Not only was this service safe and convenient, but we added a stop in Evora, which broke up the drive and —bonus!— we got to see more of Portugal than we'd originally planned.

We had an amazing experience using Not Just a Tourist for our transfer of 4 passengers from Sevilla to Lisbon.
