I’d absolutely recommend Fernando’s rooftop paella and sangria class to anyone visiting Seville. From the moment we arrived, it felt like spending an evening with friends rather than taking a cooking class. The rooftop views of the Seville Cathedral are incredible, and enjoying homemade sangria while learning to make authentic paella made for such a memorable experience. Fernando is warm, funny, welcoming, and clearly loves sharing his passion for Spanish food and culture. What made the experience even more special was how kind and accommodating he was when I accidentally booked the wrong date. He helped us reschedule without any hassle, which we really appreciated and allowed us to enjoy an experience we otherwise would have missed. This was an amazing experience. Fernando was very friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and of course, a great host and chef. The setting was amazing with the cathedral in the background and the setting sun which provided a beautiful ambiance. We learned about the history of paella and the secrets to making an authentic paella. But above all else we enjoyed the most delicious paella. By far the best one we’ve had in our two week in Spain. Lastly we created a memory and we will be able to share this with our friends and family upon our return home Gracias Fernando!! We wish you and your family continued success.
