Paella is internationaal het bekendste Spaanse gerecht, maar niet zo veel mensen weten waarom we elk van de ingrediënten gebruiken, waar ze vandaan komen, evenals de geschiedenis en evolutie van dit traditionele gerecht van de mediterrane keuken. Nu kun je er alles over leren en deel uitmaken van het koken en proeven! Ons team zal u niet alleen kennis laten maken met dit iconische gerecht, maar we zullen ook een traditionele en speciale sangria bereiden met de meest verse ingrediënten uit de omgeving. Do not book this experience before coming to Seville and seeing the meeting place. We got sent to the wrong location by google maps, by the time we found the meeting point there was no one there and no answer from any of the contact numbers. We were left standing and so we did not get the experience and we have not received any apology and no refund. If you are visiting, the risk of not being at the right place on time is too great. Book something else instead.
From the information provided, it appears the issue was caused by incorrect directions entered on Google Maps rather than an error in the meeting point information we sent. Unfortunately, once the activity has started, the guide cannot answer phone calls, as their full attention must remain on delivering the experience professionally for the guests attending. This is precisely why we repeatedly inform all participants by email to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, allowing enough time to resolve potential navigation issues or unexpected delays.

Entertaining and informative! We had a great time and the paella, sangria and dessert were excellent. Our chef and his assistant were very easy to understand and made for a great time! The only problem is finding the location. They need a sign of some type so that you at least know that you are in the correct place. Other than no sign we had a great time!!!

There is also a sign at the entrance indicating the meeting point for the activity. Unfortunately, the information on the tour was not quite correct. Initially, the cooking class took place inside. The pictures on the course description suggest that it is taking place outside. The second is that we have booked unlimited drinks, but in reality this is not. After helping ourselves to the fridge for the second time, we already got the request that we should not empty the entire fridge, which is perhaps a quarter full. After the show we came to the terrace. There, the drinks were no longer included... only during the show. There is no logic behind this. Plates were not cleared even after an hour's stay at the table. We had booked another “champagne package”, which was booked from a glass of champagne for an extra charge of 15€. But also just one glass. So definitely not worth it All in all, the cooking class was quite informative but the whole thing around it was inadequate. Therefore I would not recommend it

First of all, we do include unlimited drinks during the experience; however, this is a showcooking class, not an “all you can drink” event. Your behavior regarding the beverages was clearly inappropriate, as you were taking bottles and consuming without any moderation, which forced us to limit the service specifically to your group. Additionally, during the activity, you were disturbing other guests, who raised their complaints directly with our host. This type of behavior completely disrupts the atmosphere we aim to create in our experiences. Regarding the setting, our information clearly states that the show cooking takes place indoors. Outdoor areas are used for other parts of the experience. We also had to intervene because you were taking bottles and glasses from service areas without any permission, which is not acceptable under any circumstances. It was precisely for this reason that you were informed that no further drinks would be served to you. Finally, our experiences are designed to be enjoyable, shared, and respectful for all attendees. Your behavior went against this spirit, and for that reason, it is penalized on our part. We honestly recommend that guests who intend to attend with this kind of attitude reconsider, as it does not align with the type of experience we offer. Regards.
We had a wonderful time learning how to make proper authentic paella. The snacks and drinks were lovely too but the paella was the star of the show. There were 5 of us in total and it was a lovely number to really be able to ask as many questions as you wanted. We took our children who loved it too.

Fabulous evening and well worth the price. Fabio was knowledgeable and did a great job demonstrating how to make Paella. Sitting on the roof deck eating our dinner and sipping on sangria was amazing.

A very unique experience that delves in the history of the famous paella dish. Our chef Fabio was very passionate about his job that he enclimates you within mere seconds. His cooking skills and knowledge are amazing. In the end, enjoying your paella out on the terace was amazing, overseeing the Torre del Oro and the Guadalquivir.

The 3-stars for a beautiful rooftop location and at least I learned the recipe. Chef rushed through cooking paella. It was raw when we tasted, should be cooked Al-dente not raw. Did not give us time as promised on website.
