Dit bezoek zal ongeveer 8 uur duren, beginnend vanaf Ponta Delgada om 09.00 uur met de optie om vroeg te beginnen om van de zonopkomende ex te genieten. 07:00. GRATIS ophaling inbegrepen in elk huis, hostel, pension of hotel gelegen in de stad Ponta Delgada.

Tijdens dit bezoek ziet u de westkant, de adembenemende Sete Cidades en Vista do Rei-perspectief, waardoor u het onweerstaanbare blauwe en groene meer kunt aanschouwen naast de verleidelijke Sete Cidades-stad, het uitzicht op Lagoa do Fogo, eindigend met de magische thermische waterbad voor een onvergetelijke dag in het paradijs. Geniet van een 8-uur durend avontuur door te reizen door Sete Cidades en Lagoa do Fogo. Begin vanuit je accommodatie en ga eropuit om een van Portugal's zeven wonderen te verkennen. We beginnen met een reis naar het noordelijke deel van het eiland, via meerdere uitkijkpunten bij Pico do Carvão, Lagoa do Canário, Grota do Inferno en de Vista do Rei, waar u zult genieten van een van de mooiste uitzichten de twee meren van Sete Cidades, evenals een bezoek aan de parochie in het centrum. Na de lunch gaan we richting de Fábrica de Cerâmica Vieira (Vieira-keramiekfabriek) in de stad Lagoa en gaan we naar het uitkijkpunt bij Pico da Barrosa (op de top van Lagoa do Fogo). We stoppen ook bij een aantal uitkijkpunten op onze weg de berg af totdat we de Caldeira Velha (oude hete bron) bereiken, waar we zullen genieten van thermale baden. Daarna bezoeken we de fabriek van Mulher do Capote, en zullen we onze likeuren proeven. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative during our tour. Very rainy and so foggy we couldn't see the lakes, even while on the bridge between them. The hot springs park is beautiful and despite the rain we enjoyed our visit there. I asked our tour guide to shorten our day and get us back to our hotel earlier but I would have appreciated some suggestions of shopping or indoor activities we might have enjoyed as an alternative
Paulo was incredible in sharing the best of the island, its story and its people. The best experience on the island that i would reccomand and be happy to live again.

This was a great private tour on the spectacular island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. Felipe was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and a kind, courteous driver…He worked diligently to ensure our satisfaction and even got us into the thermal pools at Caldera Velha last minute…This was the highlight of our day and we are so appreciative that he made it happen. We had an amazing day exploring Sãn Miguel with our guide Phillipe. He picked us up at the cruise port and made the most of every minute of our day. The weather was ever-changing, so he moved some stops around so we could have the best chance to see the highlights and even added an extra stop in the city center so we could experience the beauty of the mosaic pavement and architecture. Eduardo picked us up on time at the cruise ship port and took us on a fabulous full day tour. He was well informed and obviously very familiar with the tour area. He adjusted the sequence of our tour by closely monitoring the weather and we avoided the rain in every stop we made. We stopped for an excellent buffet lunch and avoided the big cruise ship crowds as much as possible. 5 star service by Eduardo, kudos to Into the Wild!!
We were 3 couples off the cruise ship Norwegian Pearl. Had a wonderful day and highly recommend. Lunch was an unique experience at a local establishment. Our lunch had been cooking in the crater for 10 hours. Seeing how this local meal is made was incredible and so delicious. Scenery was fantastic. Beautiful island and our guide was so proud to show us around at our pace. No problem getting back to the ship on time. Fantastic day!!!
Bruno is the nicest, funniest and kindest guide I ever had. He knows everything about the island.. History, geography, places to go.. He takes us to some "secret places" that you won't do if you don't know the island very well. He will also give you lots of informations about things to do on the island. Good places to do snorkeling, hiking... I recommend at 200% Intothewildazorestours!! I want to precise that the tour was supposed to be a 7hours tour but Bruno took us for like 9hours so again big big thanks to him. It's a really good guide who don't count his hours! He also had lunch with us and pay for everything (beer, dessert.. Extra dessert..). We don't know how to thanks you enough!!! I love to see all that passion. We are a party of 10 and have spent 2 AMAZING days with the wonderful Bruno and Al. They are friendly, fun and nothing is too much trouble. We have learnt so much about your beautiful island.
