Serengeti Day Trip Tour vanuit Mwanza

It was interesting experience and the tour guide was excellent. The only problem we faced was with the car as we had a flat tire in the middle of the park and on our way back the clutch broke

Had an amazing day trip from Mwanza to Serengeti with Vic Consult! I planned my trip a bit last minute, but Vic was very responsive and was able to plan a trip for my partner and I on a few days notice. Also in terms of prices Vic Consult was the most affordable I could find. He was very friendly and professional the whole time. I have been on many safaris in Tanzania and this was one of my favorite ones. It was so well organized, we got picked up in the morning and drove to the Serengeti from Mwanza. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and charismatic. He had a book available for us with information on the animals with saw as well as binoculars for us to use. The packed lunch they had for us was also great! We had a splendid day of seeing animals and talking. We returned in the evening during sundown and it was truly beautiful. I recommend this company to anyone, and would definitely book another safari with them myself :)

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience! The whole team was great, very professional, flexible, and always making sure we were comfortable and happy. The guide was excellent, so friendly and knowledgeable, and considering our safety. We were thrilled to see so many animals; lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, ostrich, crocodiles, so many beautiful birds and more. Accommodations were lovely and this tour group is highly recommended.

I recently went on a 4 day/3 night safari in the Serengeti starting in Mwanza and ending in Arusha. We had an amazing time, and the price is very good for what you get. We opted for the budget option in tents, and since we knew what to expect for sleeping arrangements, we came out feeling like we got a great deal considering how much more expensive some safari tours are with other companies simply to have slightly better sleeping arrangements. Raymond was our guide for the trip and he was wonderful. Request him if you can. We were very lucky to see the Big 5 (Rhino was way off in the distance but still counts) and according to Raymond we broke his personal record by seeing a pride of lions of 24..up to that point he had never witnessed a pride that big before. The itinerary was perfect. We spent a day in Mwanza before the trip started, which I recommend since it was a nice city to see outside of the main tourist areas. We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park, and it all felt like the right amount of time. Overall highly recommended trip when in Tanzania.
