We kunnen contact met u opnemen over extra kosten als de ophaallocatie buiten ons servicegebied ligt. Geef uw telefoonnummer of WhatsApp-account op bij het bevestigen van de boeking. Wij nemen contact met u op om de ophaalgegevens vooraf te bevestigen. En we regelen de chauffeur een dag van tevoren. Wij bieden 7 * 24 klantenservice, neem dan gerust contact met ons op via e-mail, WhatsApp of telefoon. Voor wachttijden langer dan 30 minuten (voor vertrek op de luchthaven) wordt een toeslag van 23 USD per uur in rekening gebracht Voor wachttijden langer dan 60 minuten (voor aankomst op de luchthaven) wordt een toeslag van 23 USD per uur in rekening gebracht Maximaal één stuk bagage per persoon. The booking experience was a disaster. I will avoid this company at ALL costs. Very rude, disrespectful and dishonest. Book at your risk. Honestly a taxi would have been better Viator should drop this company to ensure Viator customers are treated fairly.

Good communication with the driver using WhatsApp. She gave precise directions on where to meet her at the airport and the ride to the hotel was very smooth
Terrible experience, not a REAL car company, They wait for you to tell them you have your luggage, then they just book an uber. They told me to go somewhere, got there, then the location changed, very sweaty as it was hot with all my luggage. The driver then broke the speed limit all the time and made me feel sick. AVOID
I cannot recommend this pickup service enough! The entire experience was incredibly seamless and highly professional from start to finish. The organizer of the company initially reached out to me to confirm all of my booking details on WhatsApp. Then, the day before my arrival, my driver contacted me directly to confirm my flight information and introduce himself. He let me know exactly how the process would work and instructed me to reach out as soon as I made it through customs. To make things even easier, once I was out, he provided the exact door number to meet at and sent a photo of himself where he was located on WhatsApp. This made finding him completely stress free after a long flight. The communication was outstanding, and the service was top notch. I will definitely be using them again for my departure, and they will be my absolute go-to for airport transfers anytime I return to Korea!
We landed early and our driver was able to pick us up earlier than our scheduled arrival time which was great. Excellent driver, gave us helpful instructions to find the car and navigate the airport.
