- Alle activiteiten zijn bij het programma inbegrepen. Gasten kunnen ervoor kiezen om zelf te ontspannen en te genieten van het landschap aan boord, zonder volledig deel te hoeven nemen aan bovenstaande activiteiten.
- Het menu aan boord is dagelijks standaard voor alle bezoekers. Als er persoonlijke wensen zijn zoals dieet, vegetarisch … laat het ons weten wanneer je de tour of gids van tevoren boekt. Na inscheping niet meer te wijzigen i.v.m. voorraadlimiet.

It was a nice experience, the crew and our guide Michael were super friendly and tried their best, to give us the best experience. Food was very tasty and adapted to personal taste. The cabins were lovely. They offered many activities.

All boats follow the same program. Same entertainment at about the same time. Quality depends on the tour guide, Tommy with us was very nice and helpful. Boat itself is okay. Food was good.

I am deeply disappointed with the activities on board this boat. We have absolutely nothing to do to occupy our time, and there is not even the internet to entertain us. In addition, the food quality is poor, the beds are absolutely vile and the deafening noise of the engine prevents us from sleeping properly. It is simply unacceptable to offer such an unpleasant experience for an exorbitant price. To be honest, I consider this the worst experience of my life. The only good thing is that the crew is in our care, but this is not enough to make up for all the other problems.

Before your bad review, you can see we have very good reviews for arrange good quality boat as the room is clean and up to standard, delicious food, itinerary is suitable for visitors with great service from our staffs on boat. Please help us check again travel agent you booked this tour because there are so many travel agents in Hanoi Old Quarter Area. We suggest, after the tour, you should come to the travel agent you booked the tour and let them know about your problem you got on boat on boat and we sure they will refund you money. Beautiful experience. Elegant and spacious small balcony overlooking the bay. Elegant cruise beautiful furniture very well cared for. Fabulous food. Drinks on board with very high prices.
